torhan
I'm having this display issue -- still trying to figure out the specific circumstances -- where the Track View's playback head line overlaps the Piano Roll View, thereby having 2 playback heads. Very confusing ? Sometimes it resolves itself. I've checked around for any specific settings, but no luck so far. Anyone else ever experience this? Colin Nicholls
It looks as though your PRV is un-docked, but that can't be the root cause. I couldn't reproduce it. Is the PRV partially on a second monitor? Something is getting confused about what window is "on top", clearly.
torhan
Just 1 monitor here. I can't reproduce on demand -- but I'm trying. I'll see if docking has any affect. Thx!
torhan
I've decided to stick with docking the Piano Roll -- and just stretching it as large as possible...so far so good.
Ben Staton
@torhan Thanks for the report. Unfortunately, we can't reproduce it here, but we're aware that issues like this do happen in rare circumstances. If you see it again, please would you post a screenshot showing the entire Cakewalk window? That can often give us clues that a more localized screenshot can't, such as the general layout of all views at the time it occurred. Thank you! In the meantime, resizing the window (or un-maximizing it and then maximizing it again) usually fixes it.
