Yes -- for advanced modulation stuff. I guess it's like taking some of the capabilities of CW's Step Sequencer and making available to the other clips/views. (I almost exclusively work in PRV.) Here's a good video on its capabilities:

If I understand you correctly, I think if you open the Track Properties window, you can set the Lock -> Position/Data.

I've decided to stick with docking the Piano Roll -- and just stretching it as large as possible...so far so good.

Just 1 monitor here. I can't reproduce on demand -- but I'm trying. I'll see if docking has any affect. Thx!

I'm having this display issue -- still trying to figure out the specific circumstances -- where the Track View's playback head line overlaps the Piano Roll View, thereby having 2 playback heads. Very confusing ? Sometimes it resolves itself. I've checked around for any specific settings, but no luck so far. Anyone else ever experience this?
