Where can I edit the Browser background, including the plugin area?

Hello guys. I would like to ask , where can I edit the Browser background, including the plugin area? I am not sure if this is possible but I hope this can be editable soon. Thanks.

Background is currently N/A. Only editables are under Theme > Browser in TE.

Page 101 in the Young Ladies Illustrated Guide demonstrates a "PURPLETRATOR" theme where every color has been replaced with a hideous purple. It's a handy way to quickly find out if a region is able to be changed via theming. I've found it quite handy in situations like the one you're describing.

Thanks for the link. I already had it. I was just wondering maybe I have missed this in the pdf.

It's more likely that the PDF is missing the information, rather than the other way around. I guess an Appendix "What can't be themed (as far as we know)" would be a good addition...
