StudioNSFW Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 (edited) Your technique is too complicated. That whole "Press down on a string on the fongerboad" thing makes it hard to hold my beer. This can be avoided with proper tuning and key selection. Edited August 12, 2020 by StudioNSFW 1 1

Although I don't generally recommend it, but for a forward thinker liek ewe (standing is optional, for obvious reasons) Edited August 12, 2020 by Bapu
craigb Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 After listening to Rush, I wanted one of those sooooo much! 1
RBH Posted August 13, 2020 Posted August 13, 2020 I sold a Taurus 1 a few years back after resuscitating it back from near dead. I bought it in a package deal about 25 years ago and lent it to my brother who let mice nest in it. ( nice ) so I was running out of room - and sold it to someone who said they've been wanting one forever and couldn't find them anymore. I got decent buck out of it - and was glad to let it go to some one who REALLY REALLY wanted one. The guy marked it up 800.00 bucks and sold it 3 weeks later. There is no lesson to be learned. 1

Tezza Posted August 14, 2020 Posted August 14, 2020 A boy came home from his first bass lesson. His dad asked him how it went. "Today we learned the E string." The boy came home from his second lesson and dad asked him how it went. "Today we learned the A string." The boy came home from his third lesson. Dad asked, "So did you learn the D string today?" "Nope. Today I had a gig." 1 1
