marc williams Posted July 9, 2020 Share Posted July 9, 2020 I believe if you are within the 90 day of v.4 purchase you can sign in to your "My Presonus" account and go to Your Products Page and click on Studio 4 a "green" redeem button should be present that you would click and follow instructions. Try to contact them again, tell them the date is wrong, and that you have an email receipt to prove it? If they can fix the purchase date, you might be able to use the button on MY PreSonus?
