Cannot open or install cakewall again

I deleted all cakewall files by mistake and  i cannot open the program. If i go to band lab assist it says it is installed but cannot open. please help.

BandLab Assistant still sees the registry entries.

Removing the Cakewalk registry entries should restore BA's ability to install CbB again.

From the Clean install instructions

Delete the following Registry keys. If you do not have one of the Registry keys below, simply proceed to the next one on the list.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cakewalk Music Software
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Cakewalk Music Software

Couldn't you also restore the deleted files, by going into the Recycle Bin?
