Where's the MIDI Pitch envelope in the Piano Roll?

Reaper has it, why doesn't anything pitch-related pop up in Cakewalk's MIDI CC dialogue?

Cakewalk is on Roli's list of MPE enabled DAWs (https://support.roli.com/support/solutions/articles/36000037202-compatible-synths-daws-and-instruments) and I still don't know how to draw automation curves my MIDI notes' pitch into the piano roll.

I am guessing this is not what you are looking for (I know nothing about MPE) but the Wheel type is used for pitch bend. As far as CC goes, any number may be entered in the Value field instead of using the drop down. What that number represents is up to the synth.
