  1. I dreamed about such an acquisition in my youth. Now I have (most of) that power in a DAW. What a wonderful world we live in.

    Yup, from yeeeeeears ago.
  3. Yup, it works in CbB, Reaper, mixbus 32-c and of course in Studio One. Really l ik king it over the old single Faderport.
  4. You should never call it little. Just 'powerful'.
  5. All that just to drone on and on and on?
  6. Yup, already got it working.
  7. So I'm stuck with it. That's OK. I've spent more on dinner and a movie.
  8. I got my Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio back in the dark days of SPlat. I wonder if I can transfer the license (for free) and sell the product (for say $50)?
  9. Oh to be 6 years younger again. How many more plugins I'd own is mind boggling.
  10. I've been using it since it came out. Never had any problems, but I'm a simpleton.
  11. The images were naiz.
  12. Hot Hot Hot Too hot to handle.
  13. Got it working in Reaper now to.. Happy Camper = Bapu
  14. Got it working in all DAWs now. CbB & Reaper use the same mode (i.e. MCU Sonar) and SO4P and Mixbus 32-C use the same mode (i.e. Studio One).
  15. Got it working in CbB. Yay! Now to get it working in Reaper.
  16. Yay, got it working in CbB. Now I just need to get it working in Reaper.
  17. Bummer, out of the gate the FaderPort 16 only works in S)4P (naturally) and Harrison Mixbus 32-C. Both those DAWs work with the Studio One mode. There are 4 other mode options MCU for Cubase, Logic and Sonar. There is a HUI mode option too. None of those modes work (so far) in CbB or Reaper. Of course they both recognize the FP16 as a device.
  18. Now I'm just being purile.
  19. You have one letter incorrect in one of your werds Bill.
  20. Generally speaking they are brilliant. Chord detection works best on single instrument tracks. Think piano or cleanish guitar. Does a decent job on distorted guitar tracks. But the killer feature is after a chord track is setup and all tracks (obviously not percussion type tracks) are enabled/linked you can change a chord on the Chord Track and it automagically changes all the supporting tracks. It's pretty sick if you don't try to over use it (by moving the chord beyond it's ability). Arranger track is killer too.
