In fact , when done right , presets are great to see what "type" of compression you could use on materials , specicially on those type of compressor that can cover a wide range of cases . The key is quality of presets and names , also for dynamic , every serious preset maker should indicate the ideal amoung of GR near the preset likes : 808 kick ( 3db ) or some like "acouistic GTR (2-4 db)

Thundra is superb , will try to post some lofi tracks i used in , the world is delicate , for back ground movement and texture , but with spitfire , never judge the sound since it s always superb , but your ability to incirporate those in productions

This got me install the Sampletnak 4 that i never did before , just to check my sampletron sounds ..... occasion for me to play with ST4 *FX in conjonction ....started to make a track on the fly lol can't imagine sampletron 2 ....

Opticom is great , did ya tried the orange amp , i don't use AT bass amp that much either but the Trace Elliote , the orange and the Fender are exellent

Amplitube ... if ihad to keep one it will be it ....(amp sim not specially bass amp talk here) , it is simply unmatched , purist will talk witch one is the closest ect .. regular tech talk , but at the end , i trust my experience , and believe me when i'm in the primitive side of production dropping instant feelings ....i reach to AT , not because i know it better than others , simply because it always leeds me to the results ....
