Hi guyz , i soent sometime online checking fir sales paths and releases path of NI , this is what i found . A new komplete every two years : so logically 2020 will be k13 But sales on upgrades also every two years , one year after release so k13 will be on slae on 2021 (can t believe i m writting those numbers , men time flies !!) Anyway this might change and i might be wrong , but i m posting this because i contacted NI and they provided me a vaucher to get those BF prices until tomorow ... So if anybody missed the sales or wanna change mind , contact them via tchat and they will ( i hope) handle this for you .

Because it diesnt behave like a real vu and doesn t show the reality . your gain stage will not be Ebu standard .... is that an issue ? 1) if you use external hardware : yes 2) if you alwayz use their vu and stick with , at least you ll have a reference , witch woll make your monitoring consistent witch is what a lot of people undersestimate the impact of . 3) using emulations plugins might not be optimale 4) headroom and deepness in mixes a production ( will do a video on that ) My real concern is how this was validated by professionnals at presonus ? Never wanted to make waves about it , but like you guyz pointed out the mini view integration is exellent and i would lved to see it accurate .

I would say both , basically just calibrating my session to standard -18 dbfs , compared to psp and kanglhem and it was so off , i had to switch reference in the presonus and even like that .... never understood why nobody complaint in the forum ...i came tôhe conclusion that : 1) nobody cares ? 2) people don t use ? 3) Hobbyist mainly ? 4) ?

I think the subject is not specially what stars uses but more what makes sens bizness and marketing wise for Ik and for us ...personnaly i don't know those guyz , i just need diffrents quality gears ....this was my remark ...for those looking for a specific artist tone it's exellent as i gravitated to those presets in AT and they'rev indeed prod ready and ope most of the time ... The question was more intended to Ik approch : Stars Tone versus Gear (missing ) modeling ..... the second is what i'm looking for but this dos'nt take off anything from option 1 , i was just asking .....

By the way guyz i noticed some space moving from hardrive , and when i opened the Temp folder in windows , each time i open studio one iu have those files created : Plenty of them , if i save and close most of them are deleted but if i close like that they stay , and there's a lot !!! anyone can double check ?

OK guyz 4.6 running smoother and all good ..i knew that 4.5.4 was blah .....and 4.5.5 was all about faderport stuff .... Might be only the re install thingy or some but happy now ....ouf .... Will report if i see strange stuff ...
