  1. I think it's Friday or summin like that. Been demoing this plugin https://www.acustica-audio.com/store/products/taupe and really like what it does. Figuring out how it works is whole different story.
  2. John Norum – Guitars, lead and backing vocals Glenn Hughes – Lead vocals Peter Baltes – Bass Henrik Hildén – Drums Joey Tempest - Vocals on "We Will Be Strong" Billy White - Rhythm guitar on "Time Will Find the Answer" Mikkey Dee - Drums on "Distant Voices" John Schreiner - Keyboards Andy Lorber - Additional backing vocals
  3. ....and that's no snake oil. Looks quite dangerous considering its camouflage .
  4. Coffee and Cream? 2 sugars of Taupe please...
  5. I briefly used it last night and just played around with the presets....there was so much more clarity on my guitar tracks and just sounded very good in the mix. You're right Piotr, I couldn't wrap my head around the way it works, and will look around for some tutorials before I get this....impressed indeed. A nice review on the functions....is there a way to get that list he talks about in the 1:25 mark?
  6. Same experience here and I agree on a more reasonable update pricing ($99).
  7. Michael, do you use the Nebula chorus on guitars? Haven't tried that yet.... might test that tonight.
  8. That's exactly what I was looking at this morning when I asked here ?. Think I'll get that and go from there. Thanks everyone!!
  9. I've been interested in getting some OwnHammer IR's for sometime as there seems to be a lot of good reviews on them. Any suggestions would be welcomed and do they ever go on sale?
  10. Very interesting that polyphonic overtone singing and she's quite good. Listened to more of Anna's overtone vids and noticed my dog and furniture started to float half way through the vid.... Also that Dimash guy is something else, really enjoyed that.
  11. Downloading the demo....that Aquarius installer is awfully slow (or they're getting slammed at their end).
  12. America was the first concert I went to (Aladin Hotel in Las Vegas) and think it was back in 1982 or somewhere around there. They were excellent and was very impressed....made a lasting impression. (sorry, I settled for the real thing...)
  13. Been using the Logitech G700 (since 2013) and no issues whatsoever. However, I've been thinking of getting a trackball (if/when needed).
  14. Just one too many 9's in that price tag....
  15. Boy needs to wash his hands (with soap).....scary indeed. ?
  16. Focusrite stopped making drivers for 1st generation products which caused all those issues for me. That's when I decided to get IK's Axe I/O. Since the guitar is my main instrument, the Axe was a world of a difference compared to the 2i4. No latency and talk about the tonal improvement...can highly recommend it for guitarists or bassists. ?
  17. I think Larry's job is waaaay above my paygrade.....as far as I'm concerned, he (or anyone else) can be the Alpha, Omega, Gamma, or Beta and I'll follow the leader. GAS is not a joking matter!!!
  18. I removed the Filter cutoff's, but it still happens in standalone (the volume just drops to a very low level). I saved it as you recommended (not batch resave) and closed K5, reopened and now it only plays for a few seconds before dropping volume. Don't really want to really spend so much time on this as I thought it would be a quick fix and interestingly, this is the only instrument I have ever had this issue with. BTW, I like this snipboard site for sharing screenshots....thanks again Matthew!!
  19. I couldn't see that 'remove' button on my screen as it's on the bottom of the GUI and it's been like this in Kontakt standalone....I'm guessing it's something to do with my 36" monitor and/or Kontakt's gui. ?‍♂️ Had to use the 'portrait' setting in my display to access the 'remove' button. Of note, the CC filters are only on the Ukulele/Muted Piano and Musicbox instruments. I removed the CC filters on both/ batch resaved, and closed K5. Reopened K5. and they're still there.....I'm guessing it's only in the standalone as others don't seem to be having this issue. Will use CbB tonight. Thanks again Matthew for the walk through....I appreciate it. ?
  20. Thanks Matthew....I think this might be the ticket, but I don't know how to remove the assignments (sorry, I'm a complete noob at this ).
