Is ReAmp 2 any good??
You can demo it in free AmpLocker plugin. I was amazed that they actually nailed AC30TB EQ behavior. Most plugins that pretend to mimic AC30 fail in that department.

Oh, it got noticed alright. Actively trying to not buy it!!!!!
I feel you. Spent last night demoing various SuperCabinet cabs, as they are on sale now. Unfortunately, other plugins that I have still sound on par or a bit better and are easier to get great speaker response.
However, for those who are not spoiled with too many options, SuperCabinet could be the only cabsim they'll ever need.

Cannot believe this went unnoticed on this forum!
Fluid IRs are an advanced form of impulse responses that encapsulate more detailed sonic characteristics compared to traditional IRs. Unlike regular IRs that merely mimic a speaker's frequency response, Fluid IRs also reproduce the speaker's dynamic behavior and harmonics. This enhancement delivers a tone that is more robust, lifelike, and direct, with better management of the bass frequencies. As of version 1.4.26, all cabinets in TH-U and all of the SuperCabinet libraries have been upgraded to include Fluid IRs, which are provided to users as a free update. Additionally, users have the option to upload their own conventional IRs into TH-U, taking advantage of Overloud's proprietary Fluid IR technology. This technology utilizes an AI algorithm trained to transform your IRs by recreating their dynamic and harmonic responses.

They still haven't unlocked my account...
Sent their tech support another email.Something is wrong with accounts in general. Yesterday, Softube and Microsoft locked my accounts. Softube quickly re-enabled my access, but I am still to hear from Microsoft. Whoso readeth, let him understand.

Installed.
It's one of the best plugins I have ever purchased! Low CPU usage, doesn't alter the tone, but makes the entire mix sound clean, transparent, retaining initial tone, harmonics and punch.

I don't mind the download size as long as the plugin loads fast and is CPU efficient. Or surpasses the competition, like this one. Still I wish both AT5 and TONEX were better optimized.

$0.00 – FREE!!
It is compatible with the FULL version of Kontakt 6 (tested with v6.5.2.)
We have created a virtual bass to be used in any project.
This virtual bass tries to get the real sound of a bass, taking into account the human factor. For this reason, this bass has been recorded using round robin layers and pick articulations (up and down) controlled by key switches.
It has a three band EQ, configured to modify the sound where this particular instrument requires.
This instrument has a huge note range, from A-2 to G-3, which is really good for some genres, like rock and metal.

Also, to further validate the "Satanic" claim one needs look no further than the "upside down" Cross!
Maybe it's a sword or a lingam. Speaking of symbolism, the heart shape bears no resemblance to the real heart because it actually is that "lower mouth", as described above. Computers generally have history with daemons running in the background, SATA mass storage devices and lots of wizardry.

Blue Tubes collection update would be nice. I'm also looking forward to updates for Magma.

Session Drummer 3 from CW was a great drum program. I got kits from Platinum Sample that were just fantastic. Steve Ferrone was and outstanding kit. That was another great program by CW that just withered away.
I've seen this in the recent Sonar review. Hopefully, it's going to be available again.

I actually purchased this bass instrument. No regrets so far. The sound character is both unique and versatile. The instrument is very light on CPU and doesn't take much RAM. The frequency response is very even across the lower part (which is notorious for occasional bumps and gaps). I like it and highly recommend it!

As far as I know, every single BFD Player library released so far has been created from existing BFD libraries (which is clearly stated on the product pages), and they are VERY MUCH reduced to have less detail and it is VERY MUCH noticable. It brings the BFD libraries down to an AD2 or even SSD5 level and this whole thing is a disaster and one of the worst business decisions I've ever seen. It's likely such a failure of a product that we might never see a BFD4 now.
I'm not a BFD3 user, can't compare libraries directly, but in my book the latest free BFD Player is the worst drum VSTi that I have ever tried. Not really sure why you would still put it above AD2 and SSD5. Could you elaborate?

The problem with max is that IKM didn't capture each amp using the same cab and mic combo across the gain range so you are left with random captures of an amp.
This approach to modelling had been driving crazy until I realized, that any profile can be easily tweaked to one's heart content. Although there is a difference between the real signal chain capture and a tweaked preset, it is so miniscule and negligible, that it's easier to just use, say, three presets from one profile than to endlessly sort profiles, looking for the perfect combination.

Session Drummer? Isn't that the plugin from Cakewalk?
Yes. It used to be widely available, probably, you can still install it.
UPD: "Formatted for Cakewalk Session Drummer 3 and Dimension Pro".-

TONEX is where its at, IMO nothings come close.
Great, detailed modelling, loads of ready to go profiles. Really an outstanding piece of software. But the profiling process is too slow and can occasionally stall, requiring another attempt with from scratch, which includes setting up routing and filling the preset form with information, etc. Profiling a little pedal (with my favorite settings) took me almost three days.
I haven't tried profiling with AA Snapshot Maker, but the player is indeed very CPU efficient.

That said, at $12.59, there aren't a lot of alternatives.
Speaking of which, I highly recommend this Platinum Samples Brush Kit library.

Out of curiosity, I decided to check the installer on VirusTotal. What was presented by Mr No Name as trojan virus (severe threat) is nothing but ML algorithm false alarm, which can be safely neglected.
Don't take my word for it, just google "Trapmine Suspicious.low.ml.score".
Or do what Mr No Name says - stay away from this plugin.
