Hey Pete... The Tascam's have shown up in my products, but they are running as "Demos" despite the fact that they are authorized, and show as being owned in the Custom Shop...any clues as to why? EDIT: They have to be authorized individually to be out of demo mode...figured it out!

This has been a LONG GOING complaint from me (as everyone well knows)! They have no "Graduated Upgrade Pricing" based on what you already own. Very true...they are a "Retailer", not a "discounter"...so unless there's a sale, there's really no savings. To their credit, for hardware, you get an extra year warranty when purchasing there. I used to live 15 minutes from Sweetwater, and was in there all the time, as it was right on my way to work!

Most likely there is supposed to be updates to the Program Manager and Custom Shop...but who knows?
