You participated in the Group Buy this summer which you were able to choose many free IK plug ins. It looks like you haven't authorized many of them. One of the plug ins you choose was the EQ 81 among other items. So you own it already and can't redeem it if you already have it. My response? NOPE! TOTALLY WRONG! ALL means ALL...not "Select"...not "with the following exceptions"....ALL They'll regret playing these idiotic games with customers...I GUARANTEE IT! I don't need it...it's the PRINCIPLE! So I contacted IK support and explained that I had tried to get the pop up with THREE DIFFERENT browsers and it doesn't work! The GENIUSES sent back the EXACT SAME STEPS listed on the Website!
