I got a response asking me "are they not showing up in your account or in the Plugins themselves?"
I was pretty specific that I had tried to "restore my purchase" which logically would elminate
the plugin scenario", but anyways, they sent me Serial #'S for the missing products, which really
doesn't SOLVE the problem that Total Studio 5 Max doesn't show up in my account at all, and that
something is broken that kept me from getting what I paid for in the first place.
