No...in the plugin info window...when loaded onto a track in Cubase, it shows 4.9.1

I just verified that mine shows 4.9.1 as the version in Cubase...

Check your VST and VST 3 folders. There may be duplicate DLL's there, and Cubase will pick the first one over the second one...cancelling the second out.

No...there are three formats that can be installed VST - 64 bit VST3 - latest VST format used by Cubase AAX - 64 bit Pro Tools I believe Cubase only does VST3 now... So, if you didn't install the VST3 current version of the plugin - 4.91 VST3 then you won't see it, but will see the LAST VST3 Version that you installed, which is apparently 4.30. If you are using Cubase ALWAYS install the VST3 Version when installing.
