Wow this thing is new (only about two months old)! What a great deal, thanks for posting this! -
Thanks for posting this. I was actually on Plugin Boutique a few minutes ago and hadn't noticed this deal. It's been in my wishlist for a very long time!

In the e-mail I got from them it had a code to save $9 on the upgrade so I'm assuming that's what the upgrade deal is for those of us who had the first version.

Isn't Frontier always free? https://d16.pl/frontier

It's really too bad because probably about 90% of the complaints people have about IK could be fixed in an instant... Yes, the pricing doesn't adjust much based on what is already owned, but there really seem to be two main complaints... 1) The charge to re-download sounds after 6 months, and 2) the fact that their installer installs everything instead of having a custom install option. I have almost all of the T-Racks and find myself skipping using a lot of their plugins because I don't want to sort through the list trying to remember what I have. And yes, you can move the unused ones but it's an extra step and hassle that really shouldn't be necessary. It does make using new plugins you buy quicker but I'd rather just install what I need. And from the hundreds (thousands) of mentions I've seen about it over the years, I'm not alone. But their plugins sound SO GOOD! They've helped get me some great tv placements over the years so I really love the plugins themselves. And I wish they'd fix those two issues. It would help them so much because any IK related thread inevitably ends up with complaints about these things. It's gotten their deals banned from at least one deals forum. Nothing is perfect and there will always be people unhappy. But I love their plugins and would love to see them change those two things so mentions of IK deals are followed with conversation about their plugins instead of the negative conversations that tend to follow.

I'm not Larry but end date is January 28th.

If you have all three, you can contact them and they'll give you the channel strip for free. Plugin Alliance is awesome!

Time, you say, sensei? Much too busy looking at deals. ? I really should learn from you though. I shall follow in your footsteps. Well, I will try at least. I'm weak with these deals lol

Thanks to both of you @abacab and @ZincT! Good to know about the tiny UI! And thanks for the great info on alternatives! Even though I know I don't need any new synths, here I am! ?

It doesn't show a pop-up when you got to "My Products"? Usually it does even if you have it already. If not, that's annoying. "You are too much of a good client because you bought the big package so we wanna make sure we don't give you this one" ? - not completely surprising but definitely disappointing.

I've been looking around and tough to find a lot about it... anyone know if this thing is pretty good?

Bottom right of this page when you're logged in. https://www.applied-acoustics.com/portal/products/ I didn't get mine either yet (though I'm subscribed). Assuming they send them out in batches. Unless they forgot me too, like Waves with the $5 thing (after all I spent!) *cries in corner*

Same! Too bad, it seemed like a great one! Congratulations to those who got one fast enough! -
Yes!!! Get to work! It's back up and seems to have been stable for a while now.
-
It really is! With Jam Points it comes to $62.99.
-
This price is fantastic! In the past they have had that price as na upgrade from another Exponential Audio plugin but never seen it outright at $29. And it sounds fantastic too.

Annnnd it's back down.

Yeah their audio demos have always been less than ideal. Even the X-Eight videos they have had for years don't really show the sounds. The plugins themselves that I've tried are actually pretty nice sounding. Thenatan really does to step up his audio demo game though - could sell SO many more, I'm sure!

Luckily, this one is like 11 MB.

And this deal works even if you've done a trial before. Though it seems to be slightly different. $1.50 per month for two months. Then regular price. The details show up when you get to the payment page. Can't complain it's still a good deal! And you get the free Bass Master plugin which is fantastic!

I subscribe for a month and say "OK Google, remind me to cancel (whatever) in 3 weeks." (and adjust the number of weeks depending on how many months). Haven't had a surprise bill... so far. I mean, I know it will likely happen at some point but has worked like a charm. It takes only a second and can be done by voice while you're using your hands to place the order for the trial, so I think that's why it works well. Of course, if you don't have a Google Home, doing this will be completely useless lol

I find it sounds WAY better!
