That's a cool song. I think it needs some mix help though. It seems like a lot of the same frequencies fighting with each other in the middle , the vocals the guitar, not sure what it all is. I think it could use more bottom end and try to create a space for each instrument and vocal. Sometimes I find a little panning can separate things too.

Good song, I like the guitars and piano parts, they work well together.

Tried to make a piece with a big horn arrangement. Just tenor sax on this, PJ bass, strat, Edrummer3,midi guitar for keys.

Thanks @equality! Yes VSTs work well for some things, I've heard a flute that was really good but not a sax. I started playing sax during the pandemic, I thought it would be fun to add to my guitar focused songs, it's a tough instrument to play well though.

Kind of sounds like jazz fusion, I like it. The drums are kind of weak sounding and there's not a lot of low end in the recording, I think it could sound a lot punchier.
