I'm guessing you guys tried to use the code on the download instructions page. I almost did myself. The actual code (the same as in the email) is on the my account page.

Have you checked if there's something wrong with your IK downloads folder (location is in preferences)? Maybe the HD/SSD is full?

There's no special list. I seem to be getting about one coupon a month, but not for every possible product. I haven't spent that much money there, so I'm guessing buying a lot from them doesn't increase your chances of getting coupons.

All the IK products you've downloaded have been saved in the IK download folder ("Downloads Folder" in the IK Product Manager Preferences). I'm pretty sure they're there unless you have manually deleted them. Just check that folder and back it up.

Second one that I didn't choose in the Group Buy. Nice.

I still have to download every LABS instrument twice for some reason. (They won't install on the 1st try.)

I know how it works, I have no problems logging in or downloading the files.

This Kilohearts plugin needs a code that's redeemed on their website.

There's a link in the zip file to the futureplc website that is supposed to send the redeem code but I haven't got it. Has it worked for anyone?

I did. There was a link to a website that should have sent the code but I haven't got it. I was wondering if they actually send them.

It's also nice that Reaper is only a 14 MB download and takes just seconds to install. Everything else is bloated in comparison.

I had left something in the cart and they just sent me a code that "will expire in 48 hours", but when I try to use it I get "This coupon has expired"...

Edit. They sent a different code (without asking) and this time it worked.

I didn't get in-cart discount either. Not surprising, since Syntronik 2 upgrade isn't fixed for me.

They just repeat the deals they've had earlier. They had this one in August.

I'm still downloading myself, but you can create MIDI tracks and set them to receive the data from Opus. It should work in basically every DAW (6 months ago it wasn't possible in Logic, not sure if it's possible now).

You might want to google "detect fake usb drives" and check the capacity before you decide to keep it. Fake drives fool your operating system to show the capacity incorrectly.

Again, these extremely cheap 1-2 TB drives are most likely fake. The real capacity is 64 GB or less and they're probably completely unreliable.

It's better to buy a real 256 GB drive for that price. Or an external HDD if you need a more capacity.

Extremely cheap USB drives tend to be fake. They aren't reporting the capacity correctly. As someone posted in the reviews: "This does not hold 1 TB as advertised. It only holds about 64 GB. "
