You could also get this bundle: https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/1-Instruments/58-Inst-Bundle/2656-AIR-Music-Producer-Pack It includes Hybrid 3, The Riser, and Creative FX Collection Plus (28 FX plugins). All for $29. Great deal as well!

I didn't have Elements or VocalSynth. So what I did was purchase VocalSynth and the upgrade bundle. Then I went to my iZotope Portal app and added the VocalSynth serial first. Then added the Nectar 3 serial after. After downloading and installing everything. It all worked great and as expected. I got full working and activated versions of all of them including Melodyne. I did however get Melodyne AFTER activating Nectar though. Don't know if that makes a difference but I did that just in case. Since you already have Elements (which should show in iZotope Portal), just get the upgrade version and enter the serial in iZotope portal and you should be fine and ready to go!

Looks very interesting and may get it.

I had Excalibur in iLok already, so all I did was add Nimbus then install the plugin and it worked fine. I do not have PhoenixVerb -
Nimbus upgrade from Phoenixverb or Excalibur
Hillmy replied to Eusebio Rufian-Zilbermann's topic in Deals
haha! This is my first reverb purchase and I don't think I will ever need to buy another one. ? -
Is getting Reason Intro worth it as a vst upgrade from Lite? I plan to use it mostly as a VST in Cakewalk. for $125 CAD is it really worth the price? Does it come with more stuff to justify the price? Or is it just few stuff here and there compared to Lite.

Nimbus upgrade from Phoenixverb or Excalibur

Just got the Nimbus and.....HOLY MOTHER OF PRESETS! I was surprised lol. Also AMAZING reverb! Just from the default preset alone it sounded so natural. It also gave my noisy midi sample a better sound! I got the $9 Excalibur deal when it was on so this is an awesome deal to add! All together $38 for both plugins. A STEAL LOL! -
Oh and by the way. Don't be worried if it says you are getting Melodyne 4. As soon as you register your serial for it you will get version 5 for free so the download page takes you to version 5! ;D

Here at Plugin Boutique https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/54-Vocal-Processing/6537-Nectar-3-Bundle-Upgrade-from-VocalSynth-2-or-Nectar-Elements If you don't have Vocal Synth it is on sale for $49. So when you add that to this you get 3 plugins for the price of one, plus free vocal sample packs included in the bundle. 3 plugins because Nectar 3 (standard?) comes with Melodyne Essential! So instead of buying Melodyne Essential you can get this and get 3 plugins for even less than the price of Melodyne Essential for a few dollars! If you already have vocal synth or Nectar elements then Melodyne for half price.

I have a question about the Brand Bundles does that mean you pay for example $5.99 for all the included plugins? or is it a monthly pay thing? individually the plugins are more priced than the bundle itself. I was about to buy a bunch of bundles, but I want to make sure first.

So any news of the next update? Eagerly awaiting it and what it may bring ?

I just had my first "Full Kontakt required" moment....it was bound to happen sooner or later ? After I downloaded a free rack extension I tried to use one of the presets and then an error came up "The Combinator patch "basic drums.cmb" cannot be loaded because it contains devices that are not available in this version of the program." then it removed the device. This happened with a lot of presets in this extension. Sometimes entire categories. Only few I have tried that actually work. So I uninstalled the extension out of frustration ? But at least the second extension I tried kiloHearts free EQ worked just fine. Although I already have that as a separate VST, I wanted to test to see if it would restrict an obvious free software but it didn't. It is still a cool VST based on the stock stuff. So besides the restrictions, it seems to be some kind of "Free" version of a paid version like Kontakt but without the annoying freemium/demo sections.....at least that I know of so far. PB giving this out for free with purchases gave me very high expectations. But it just ended up being like a "...oh cool, free vst" instead of "OMG I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS FREE!!!" ??
-
Well, I am more interested in the VST than the DAW anyway. Still using Cakewalk as my main DAW (without those stupid Reason restrictions ? ). So the DAW from Reason is just a bonus. As long as I can add rack extensions to use with the VST (free and paid). Then it is definitely worth the price of FREE! ha ?

Does this count? https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/browse/?q=&product_type=plugins-sounds&pl=&format=refills&sort=price_asc

It sucks that they changed the offer very stealth like and kept changing it seems. One person saw $29 from player. Now it shows $35! WTF is going on? Did they see my post? >_< Also the Everything bundle upgrade from 1+2 bundle was $99. Now it's $149! O_O
-
That is so weird! I see that too! Also I was not logged in when I saw the free offer. Now though I see this:
-
So if I have all three, is the Everything bundle $99? It says on the website upgrade from 1+2 bundle, but is that only if you bought the bundle? I got all 3 separately.
-
This is what I see: EDIT: This is proof at least that I was not lying! But they now changed the deal unfortunately! >_<
-
P.S. You can get the player from Plugin Boutique for $5 then go to the KV331 site and upgrade to SynthMaster 2.9 for $19 then get SynthMaster One for FREE! So in total = $24 you get ALL 3! EDIT: unfortunately this is no longer valid. The price for the player changed to $9 on Plugin Boutique and the upgrade to SM2.9 is cheaper on PB ($29). The SM One upgrade is cheaper there too $14. Not as good as $24 dollars, but if you exclude SM One then you are still getting a good deal.
-
If you own Synthmaster 2.9 you can get SynthMaster One FREE! From the KV331 Audio website! https://www.kv331audio.com/synthmasterone.aspx I didn't believe my eyes at first but I just went ahead to make sure.....and sure enough, yes, FREE and it works! ??? They are also having a big summer sale Starting July to September on everything! EDIT: It seems that offer was either a glitch, human error, or a sneaky quick deal. Just my suspicion, no idea WTF happened. Maybe I just got lucky IDK o_O I should have taken screenshots!
-
I like it mostly because of the sample based spectral synthesis abilities. I can import any sound sample I like and make cool/weird sounds out of it.
-
Yeah, it looks like that sale has been on for a while. GREAT plugin btw, highly recommended!
-
Get it at Plugin Boutique http://pluginboutique.com/products/1303-Iris-2 ?

Yeah I was about to come on here and post this, heh ? That end bit confused me for a bit. But essentially. If anyone used the code when it first came out they can use it again now (as of today) as it has been reset for them. For newcomers, nothing has changed. I got the bx_meter last time for free. This time I got the bx_oberhausen synthesizer for $19.99 after voucher discount! ? Cool analog synth, sounds really warm and natural while playing some of the presets. They used to charge over $200 for it lol. About $20 was definitely worth it, especially the second time around, haha. I wanted that and meter but I didn't want to pay that much. Now it looks like I saved $40 all together on top of the sale they have already, lol! ?

For anyone looking for good free alternatives to sound morphing and granular synthesis. I have found two cool VST's that do that. They are however 32-bit. But thanks to Cakewalk's built in bridge a lot of 32-bit VST's work for me, including these two. - Sound morphing/combining two audio tracks together and with different pitches and effects: Quilcom Bridgit - Granular synthesis of audio tracks: Quilcom Harvester They look like they only take in WAV files. So use those types only. The person making them made a ton of VST's of all different kinds. He also included video demos to most of them. You can find the VST's here: http://flowstoners.com/quilcom Just use your browser search function to go straight to these two.
