Melda updated to v15 with new GUIs and a bunch of MSoundFactory instruments. Yes, this IS a deal if you own Melda plugins. i.e. FREE updates for life! ?

Props to IK Tech Support. My Order Status has been updated to "Shipped" and has a "Carrier" and "Tracking Number" and everything! Currently en-route and expected delivery is by the end of day on 9/30. So I might get counted for the final push!

And FedEx tracking has it now and says by the end of the day on Sept 30th. So I may be able to add to the GB numbers after all! ?

My Order Status still says "In Progress", but I now have a Carrier and Tracking Number. hopefully your email is on its way too!

I just got this back from TS: @Peter - IK Multimedia Should I ask for a serial number while they get the MEMS mic backorder situation sorted out so I count towards this GB? I wonder how many of us have been waiting for ARC 3 mics?

Well, in his defense, Tech Support is NOT Peter's department. In fact, you could even say, Peter's department is doing its job so well (marketing/sales) that Tech Support can't keep up. ? That said, regarding Tech Support, they may have answered me, but in the SAME email thread, I have gotten conflicting answers to the same same "where's my stuff?" question. ("check the website for availability", "the website is not up-to-date with the latest info") I understand the TS department is probably overworked and hating life right now, but for criminey's sake, they need to get on the same page, or at least read through a TS thread before they reply with a stock answer! To my point I'd suggest to IK TS, communicate better with your paying customers and you wouldn't have so many pissed at you. If something is backordered or out of stock when they order it, LET THEM KNOW. It's simple, really.

For anyone else who hasn't received their "ARC System 3"... I emailed Tech Support about my 8/30 order and received this reply: No idea if that means they gotten more MEMS mics in, but we'll see, I guess. (I've gotta say, I haven't been THIS excited about a plugin purchase in a long time!) 744

I haven't read all of the 100+ pages here, so sorry if this has been said. Check in your Account Crossgrades/Upgrades for qualifying products. I just saw "AmpliTube SVX 2 Upgrade" for $49 - and with Jam Points that's $35! This would qualify for the $99 level, I believe!
