  1. Netscape for all intents and purposes is now Firefox . AOL is still around.
  2. Get a real audio interface with a real ASIO driver. ASIO4ALL is not a proper ASIO driver.
  3. Reboot.
  4. Paragraphs are your friends. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paragraph
  5. There's nothing to fix. That is a design feature.
  6. Hardly. The fact that others don't have your issue is evidence that the problem is somewhere in your configuration.
  7. I don't have that issue. How often do you save?
  8. Minimum specs get you minimal performance.
  9. And I'm sure that is in the documentation....
  10. Go back and reread David's post on "interoperability." You also keep mentioning your high-speed, low-drag gaming computer. Gaming is an entirely different set of requirements than audio production. Also, a stab in the dark here. I switched from Open Office to Libre Office. For a time, I had both installed and it took an inordinate amount of time to open a document in Libre Office. A simple one page text document. Until I finally uninstalled Open Office. Now they load instantly.
  11. That's why I ask the question " Can you even hear that?" Because I bet you can't. It takes longer for the sound to get from your guitar amp speakers to your ears. People waste enormous amounts of time fussing over "problems" that didn't even exist before DAWs allowed them to listen with their eyes instead of their ears.
  12. Really? At less than half a millisecond?
  13. Handbrake https://handbrake.fr/
  14. 21 samples? Can you even hear that?
  15. And here the crash dump is even telling us which one specifically.
  16. Well the answer seems pretty obvious to me...
  17. Hard to believe that the crappy Sound Blaster soundfonts were brought to you by the same people responsible for those fabulous E-MU synths like the Emulator and the Proteus modules.
  18. Maybe everything else is too quiet.
  19. Unfortunately I don't have an answer but this "reinstalling Windows" bit is a monumental waste of time. I can't for the life of me figure out why so many people do this. Try referring to the documentation when you want to find out how to do something instead of shooting in the dark: http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=Tools.08.html
  20. That's the only way to go.
  21. Not unless you already have Sonar.
  22. So have you tried their suggestions yet?
  23. For anyone to help they would have to know something about your system.
