Get rid of that generic driver completely.

Get rid of that FL Studio driver. Uninstall it completely. Even if it isn't the problem it is a problem. Generic drivers like that (and the Steinberg one) are notorious for interfering with the proper operation of proper ASIO drivers.

The old Cakewalk Command Center has nothing to do with CbB. You need to log in to your BandLab account.
