I feel that once we pass Sept, 23rd, and people have issues, they will have to find a solution. These are paid for licenses, and just the fact that they changed their authorization method, and your software becomes useless (possibly - if you switch machines) seems like a backlash just waiting to happen. I'm on 11 (which I rarely use) and am not being "blackmailed" (as you appropriately put it) into spending more money, just to use what I already have.

Yea, I own the PA Unlocked edition of Gig Performer - obviously the "unlocked" is not the case, as they are now saying it's not really the same (though no fault of mine). I've only used it a few time, so not a terrible loss (and I can still run what I have), but would never buy anything from Deskew in the future, based on this.

You could buy two sound expansions, for one of the synths. Then use the 90% to but the synth and other expansions.
