I've had this done. Very unlikely to hear anything immediately afterwards. For the next few weeks, it will feel as though he were in a head-on car crash and his chest was impaled by the steering wheel. Weight restrictions, can't lift anything. But it gets better. Hopefully he brought his laptop into the hospital so he can still drop some bangers. Songs, that is, not sausages.

I look forward to a healthy Wookiee vigorously banning me for the first time ever, when I finally unleash my full beast mode of political and religious hot takes. Thank you, in advance, for your service! May your surgeons be competent and may your insurance system be better than mine.

This was a wonderful surprise in my morning! Great song idea, and your instrumentation is credible. The lyrics are nicely elevated above the usual clichés. Very well done. For me, I got zero motown and 100% 70's James Taylor! ☺️ You might cut the end solos a bit to bring the vocals back in one more stanza at the end. Fade out, some girls ooooooh-waaahing, you know, proper 1974. Loved it.

I liked it best of all for the varied tonal palette, and the "Pink Gabriel" vibe. The chorus hits in a good way, very catchy. I wonder if your guitar lead noodle in the chorus might mask the chorus vocals a bit? Might be worth a check. You might also be prepared to explain to the kids what "writing letters" was. 🙄 Excellent tune and a polished production!

I think TT should get on the Jam Points bandwagon as well. -
@Wookiee I hope you sail through your procedure. Thank you for your forum contributions, and particularly the excellent space oddesey tunes from those lovely synths! Sending good thoughts your way.

Just a reminder in case you missed it: Fabfilter Pro-Q4 is out Thursday

Does the Coolio view of all the instances at once work on an older computer/graphic card? My 2013 windows beast doesn't have Open GL or some such thing, so some modern plugs can't gui with it. Anyone install proq 4 on a really old windows computer? -

If i install 4, does it overwrite 3? Can I still use 3? Will my old projects with 3 still show 3 and be ok? -
That seems like a lot of bother, just to replace the blinker fluid.

If you want to outsource your creative impetus, in a "priming the pump" kind of way, any of these might serve!

New Kontakt Library Release: PSYKKEDELIA on Early Bird Offer
PhonoBrainer replied to Beastsamples's topic in Deals
Any bugs? It says "early bird special" which might be an invitation to beta test? Agreed, some neat lead sounds in there! Feels like maybe they sound mangled a baritone guitar?- 3 replies

I saw in my email, I got a 20% off code that can be used on anything. Excluding the only two SDX's I want. If i want SDX State of the Art, or SDX Jazz, I could pay full price on Black Friday.

Guitar price just went up 25% due to tariff , ibtl

Exactly. So Toontrack has set up some dumb consumer psychology. "Don't buy the Day 3 deal, because the Day 7 deal could be better" So the days go by, the money gets spent on other vendors. Other more straightforward sales. This just in: yes, confirmed, this is a first-world problem.

Slightly annoyed that I have to wait and check each day.

Try to stay out of that "helluva band" on the other side as long as you can . . . Best wishes!

They need to be on the same wavelength as society, with more frequency. Period.

No, just the adhesive backing it comes with. But that won't stick to the foam, so gorilla glue for that. But for Bit's garage door, I bet you could. Thanks, it's a mess but it's my mess!

@Bapu yes of course I bought this as well. Andrea seems like an excellent human, and is very much a one-man Kontakt sampling library band. I think he is personally answering all email enquiries across a range of products. Impressive. That said, I am on a learning curve. This guitar requires "keyboard performance chops" for that funky strumming. There is a ultra brief video demonstration, and more elaborate tutorial video would be very welcome. Perhaps it's coming. The latency buffer on your system MUST be set to the lowest possible setting in order to pull the keyboard funk strumming rabbit out of the hat. It's tricky. But this thing sounds great. I think it's up there with the best Strat VI's around. Any early opinions or suggestions from the early adopters?
