No problems here. But I always use the old Authorization Manager after installation to avoid samples not loading in Sample Tank. Also I install with Administrator privileges.

I searched for lots of libraries and discovered that they have zero "E.PIANO" ou "E.ORGAN" sounds since 2004/2006. This is crazy because E Pianos are what people love most about the DX7. I opened the rom banks 1 and 3 in DEXED and removed the dots from the presets names. Problem solved! Dexed 0.96 has a better convertion from the syex files. FM8 has a problem converting the E.Piano 1 or E.ORGAN because of the "." in name.

Here in windows 7 the 1.7.0 is working fine within Cakewalk in both VST2 and VST3.

The Presets from the original FM7 are magical and much better than the FM8 ones. Pure FM7 Presets: -Axe -Boost -Dream Synth -Eurosynth

Last year they updated it to VST3 in windows 10 systems.

Expansion

I had problems with Reaper generic ASIO drivers. Reinstalled Reaper and unchecked the option of installing theeir ASIO. Problem solved for me.
