You don't have to live like a refugee.

Does it record? Are there waveforms in the tracks? What sound card or audio interface are you using? What options are available for output when you click the arrow? And welcome to the forum.

Sundown.

Right. The Bandlab app is for your phone, to make music on the go. You can access those songs and beats and open them in Cakewalk By Bandlab (CbB), the computer recording program. Probably that feature isn't available in CbB. From watching this forum, I don't think there are many people here who use both.

Midi loop packs... Is it possible to batch convert them to Bar #1
57Gregy replied to Misha's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
Could you tell us which MIDI loops you're using and how you're putting them in the track? I did everything I could to get the loops to not place where I want them and I couldn't. They always ended up right where I wanted them. If all your MIDI loops start at measure 1, that will be one mess of a song. Or do you mean beat 1? Can you post a picture of the MIDI clips you're using in a track? Or a video? I see that some clips have space at the beginning that would prevent the notes from playing on the first beat; just drag (slip edit) the clip to the right to eliminate that space... but that was probably intended by the writer. -
I have always wanted to go back and visit all the places there I don't remember, since I was so young. The pictures look good and I know that's me, but it's not a memory. Sounds like lyrics to a song. BRB. ?

If it's on its own page, is it really a mangled thread title?

Welcome to the forum. If you're using a Focusrite 2i2, you should go to their website and download and install Focurite's ASIO driver for your operating system. While WASAPI may work, either 'shared' or 'exclusive', the ASIO driver from Focusrite is made specifically for your device and should work better than any computer sound card driver. Ensure the 2i2 is plugged into the same USB port. Check that the audio tracks are routed to a valid bus or main output. If set to S/PDIF and there is no S/PDIF device, you won't hear anything. Also, this thread is over 2 years old, so starting your own thread will help us keep track of it, i.e. "Victor's thread" instead of "Jana's thread".

Without noticeable latency. There is always latency, always, everywhere. Some folks don't discern a 19ms or 20ms lag, others claim they can hear 3ms latency. I don't worry about it. I monitor through the interface, record with ingoing effects, have reverb on my monitoring mixer, never record with VSTs active. But I have an old machine and old software and I am old, too. Still learning this CbB thing on an even less-capable computer. Does the UM-2 have any software mixer to set ins and outs, etc.?

She's not playing video games; she's looking at the Help to try to find out how to switch from single-shot to automatic.

What are the integrated arpeggiator, the MIDI channel and the master keyboard? Why don't you have buffer or other problems? (i.e. what audio interface or sound card are you using, what driver mode, etc.) Have you bounced the track to clips or tracks or applied trimming? If so, do the skipped notes return on the bounced/trimmed track?

As mentioned above, are you inserting this mono effect in a stereo track? -

So now engineers have to keep an assortment of dentures in the studio? -
Wasn't quadrophonic "the future" in 1972?

All of the above? P.S. I couldn't get on for an hour or so this afternoon (April 19, 2023).

They'll still complain about the staff view.

Select both the MIDI track and the synth track, then... Bounce To Tracks or however you were converting them.

Unable to Drag & Drop files from Media Browser & Vocal Recording
57Gregy replied to D'Layna's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
There will be no updates to any Cakewalk program acquired before Dec. 2017 (?), that company no longer exists. Bandlab bought it and created an updated program, Cakewalk by Bandlab which is updated and supported today. -
I always forget about selecting, I've been splitting since... a long time. But yeah, that saves a step.

I don't recall. I see him on FB, though. He's a hardcore biker now. ?

Hey! It's Beagle's birthday! HBD, dawg!

I would split the clip in 2 places, delete the split part and drag the clip to the right to line up.
