  1. Hmm.. Maybe you could save it as an FX Chain preset and load it like that. A track template could also work for more elaborate setups, including default input, track icon, send FX's, etc. As for Tonex, I've just bought the SE version. The value in terms of sound quality, amount of free content, and low CPU usage is too hard to pass for $35. Hopefully they'll address the browser issues.
  2. Most DAWs allow you to setup a default preset for plugins.
  3. Yeah, amp settings are fine. I mean the browser visibility settings that allows us to hide the amps we don't own. You need to do it every time you open the UI.
  4. I'm using the free CS version, which doesn't remember my browser filtering settings when I re-open the UI. Is this the same in the paid version?
  5. BandLab buys beat marketplace Airbit - now creators can make their beats and sell them in one integrated service - RouteNote Blog You think we'll be able to sell beats directly from CbB?
  6. Downloading! I really appreciate these hidden gems from unsung developers/people who sample their stuff.
  7. That's one weird plot lol. Looks pretty interesting.
  8. Nice! I read that their somewhat similar CLA Mixhub can be a bit heavy.
  9. Sounds great in the video! In Reaper the Tukan plugins can do something similar and they're free! Can anyone comment on the CPU hit of the NLS?
  10. The price is brought down to 35 with code CTRLIK30, if you have no jam points. No VAT is added at payment here (I'm from Chile).
  11. Agreed, the community captures are amazing!
  12. You can bring it down to 35 with jampoints. Valid 'till Feb 8.
  13. IDK about summary or rating, that's a bit subjective and might clutter the op. LABS instruments that are particularly good, like the one I mentioned or Micah's Choir (there's a LABS version), deserve a spot on the list if this is supposed to serve as a guide to people looking to build their freebie arsenal, IMHO.
  14. I believe these are used to take photos of babies in the womb.
  15. I was about to buy the 49 keys version this week but read some bad reviews about the quality of the keys. I saw on YT a video of a guy repairing one and mentioning that the key quality is atrocious and that he would never recommend it to anyone. I got the Alesis VI49 instead, which can be hit and miss, but people report to use them for years with no problems online, and it was a lot cheaper. I bought it second hand and the keys are pretty nice, (semi-weighted and monophonic aftertouch like the Akai), but there is some velocity discrepancies between the white and black keys.
  16. I find LABS super useful, also as background textures. Sometimes I use the charango, mandolin, and other plucked strings to do arpeggios for some of the stuff that I do. Great for cinematic but also "textured" pop, rnb, etc. SINE is also great but the freebies are proper instruments, which arguably makes them more useful. Rotary is the best free brass library ever. The perc library (it's actually a full GM drum+percs library) is class and extremely useful as a default set for many genres when you need a quick drum set + percs. We're really spoiled, don't know if it's a good or a bad thing.
  17. I get one of the individual instruments every year. At this pace I'll have them all by 2123
  18. So they lied to me? I shall engage in vendetta until this debt is paid ??
