  1. Try Ripple Edit. It''s the right choice. It's fast and accurate.
  2. Please read Cakewalk by Bandlab Reference Guide about Ripple Edit.
  3. The Focuswrite 212 has a Gain control. Did you use that?
  4. Since the existence of this new forum I can read the strangest topics.
  5. Don't forget that by using Pro Channel effects you have the chance that per every Pro Channel module you can use presets for many kinds of instruments. For example in compression module you can choose algorytms for kick, snare and so on. Basses and guitars and voices, piano and keyboards. .
  6. If you want to delete a part of the track but you wish to regain the space deleted, you must use Ripple Edit. Click the blue button of Ripple Edit, select all tracks, select the part of the track you want to delete and click delete button.
  7. The same happens to me with Waves Tune. I have 4 plugins.
  8. It's a very old desire from all Cakewalk users: we strongly like that Cakewalk insert something to place at the end of what we want a project ends. Simple like that.
  9. Limiter has to be used in the final mastering.
  10. I think that this topic has nothing to do with Cakewalk and music.
  11. I have AD2 for several years. First of all I choose the fill I like. Then I copy the fill on a bar immediately above the AD2 bar. After that I choose the lenght of the fill and eventually cutting the part of HH metronome . Cutting the same lenght on AD2 track and cut and paste on that the above fill. It's longer to explain this than doing it.
  12. Sometime there is a solo button checked in console view or in bussses view.
  13. It's much better to have your projects in "Cakewalk Projects Folder" on your C drive and then copy exactly the same folder on an external drive.
  14. Now it happens for one more time in a new project with few tracks. "A corrupt audio region detected". I'm doing what some time ago a forumnist named "chuckebaby" suggested: select ALL audio tracks and then use "bounce to clips". After bouncing to clips, save the project, close it and reopen. It works fine.
  15. Not many peoples know that Dimension Pro has a folder of very good percussions (no. 6).
  16. Hey Marcello, it's muche better if you realize your drum tracks the way you like, learning by yourself what kind of sound you prefer for your kick or your snare or your toms. Of course it's a really good thing to listen to other artists and their music, but the target is always to create your own music and make your personal sound.
  17. We must also keep in mind that in every country there are companies that build computers expressely to make music. They are computers for home recording and for professional studios too.
  18. In effect for me too it's a bug. Because an issue can happen once in awhile. But if this issue happens so often I think that's a bug.
  19. It is smart also to have Cakewalk Reference Guide on hand. It explains all.
  20. Very often it happens to me that I open a project and "corrupt audio region" warning appears. I didn't ever understand why this happens. Anyway somedy in the forum suggested to make a "bounce to clip". It works..
