  1. It used to be a freebie from PluginBoutique with purchase. Now it’s free without purchase. My kinda free.
  2. Really missing that VKFX bundle, as it didn’t go Apple silicon native. Such a lovely FX pack for Rhodes and Wurlies.
  3. Best group buy. OrangeTreeSamples rock!
  4. Yeah. The only positive thing may be that you can still use the original’s raw field recordings, but then you’d have to keep them both on your drive.
  5. Looking pretty interesting, TTF.
  6. Sweet. Love those Sound Yeti libs.
  7. Got this one a few months ago. The clarinet and the cello too. Good dev.
  8. And other expansions are also free.
  9. That would be my wish too. Meanwhile, the Joshua Bell violin by Embertone fulfills my violin needs.
  10. It resembles the ImpactSoundworks Hydra.
  11. I think it’s absolutely worth it, as Soundiron got the smaller version and 8Dio the large one, when Tonehammer split up. But as King L wrote, this one’s full Kontakt only.
  12. Nice one. Got the bundle and the pultec. Gewd stouph.
  13. Okay, found the deal breaker. Geosonics II does not allow access to the raw field recordings, as the original Geosonics does.
  14. Already on it. Wondering which other ones I’d want. Maybe not Polar Sun or Scanner X, but Terra Incognito by Boddy seems nice.
  15. Just trying to convince myself not to spend more on Soniccouture, but Geosonics II does have 8,7GB of sounds compared to the original’s 6GB. There goes $38. And that Seasons sound pack by Veenstra does look gewd. There goes another $16. Stop!
  16. Actually, the original has most of what’s in Geosonics 2, and I don’t like the matter’s GUI as much, but I’m mostly miffed by the number of extensions they’ve been putting up for sale.
  17. I love their basses and guitars, especially the acoustic ones as I’m more into singer-songwriter territory, but I’m also patiently waiting for the Kontakt Player upgrade of their wonderful Rosewood Grand. Meanwhile, as for keys, that Famous E Rhodes is simply marvelous to play.
  18. It’s a bit like UVI’s Quadra but with more complex sequencing options.
  19. Mmmm. Upgrading my Geosonics to Mk2 is $38. But I paid $50 for the original. So no.
  20. Thanks! MAC https://bit.ly/3K0HgO2
