Don’t be joking here - I’m the Scot who bought T-RackS 5 yesterday and still waiting for the “freebies”!

As you say - I've got the 6 promotions, one of which I haven't downloaded. Going into that only shows my original purchase at $199.99 or less and not the $149.99 for the one I bought today. Hopefully IK Support can get it sorted sooner rather than later as I'm looking to get a couple of cheaper things before the next big one!

I "Double Dipped" this morning and my new "freebies" haven't appeared yet. I've been on to IK Support and am waiting for a reply but I've noticed something odd in my "Promotions" area which might explain why I'm not getting them:- Does anyone else, when clicking on the "25th Anniversary Group Buy" logo to the left of each segment, get taken to an entirely different Group Buy (VI Group Buy) page. The "More Info" button works OK but it seems strange a simple error like this would make it onto the web site.

Purchased (and registered) T-RackS using Gear Credits but not showing new available “free” content. What the….? Edit - contacted IK Customer Services to see what's happening.

The 2019 Group Buy made it to 10 - don’t think there’s much chance of equalling that one!

The question is: T-RackS or T-RackS SE? I got the Sunset Sound Studio Reverb so maybe the non-SE version would suit better as I fancy the Master Match facility. Anyone got experience with that at all?

I got MixBox which was a great deal for me. Is it worthwhile getting T-RackS and/or Lurssen Module as well?

Excellent - thanks Scook. I think the “Track View Options” was about the only place I didn’t look. Duly noted in case it’s required again at any point!

I’ve just reinstalled everything from scratch and was wondering where the “On stop, rewind to now” setting has gone in the preferences manager. I kept a note from my previous installation and noted this was a thing to do but can’t find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

Managed to get a hold of BFD support about BFD2 samples not working with BFD 3.4. The reply was “I am afraid that I cannot guarantee these samples to work unless you already owned the London Sessions before migrating.” So I was expected to purchase this twice? Come on BFD - there’s a big market out there and your customers are not idiots and just might go elsewhere!

Just migrated my account and bagged the "BFD Horsepower" as my freebie. Just dawned on me that if BFD2 isn't carried over, then the old samples from that won't work in their new system. That means I'm going to have to buy "BFD London Sessions" to get back what I had before. Great!
