Noo ..... not at all Wookie , on mixdown it was a tick too ``live´´ so I added just a bit of compression to calm the waters down somewhat, maybe I overdid it... I´ll have another look at it, that said by adding the compression it seemed to bring the vocals out more without too much volume ...... Ive had a gander at it ............. I just cranked up the vollume on the headphones and it was Uhhhmm well nice to my ears ..but hey then I´ve listended to it a zillion times today , so I´m a bit confused .... cheers

Well thanks guys I´m going to send my 204 back to thoman and maybe its faulty , its really going crazy Ive got 7 tracks all with a tough of reverb and and Ive even frozen the b6 hamond but its still havinf an Audio dropout its impossible to use Ive chnaged the buffer size with the fader and gone doent to 2204 or whatever and still has more dropouts thana hippie commune , Ive rebooted the driver and i´m going round in circles so it still under guarentee so i`ll see what Thoman can do ...I get the feeling they`ll send it back saying its perfect ......Oh well

Barry I really love your voice there`s so much character in there , it would sound sound so much better with a double harmony every now and then boosting it up a tic ..lovely guitar work by the way . cheers

Hi Matthew, thanks once again for the information , I re-downloaded the ASIO driver and have re-installed it in bandlab , and hey presto the buffer slide now works , I´ll give it a go and see what happens , I did origanally have problems when changing between you tube and band lab and it was impossibel to use both simutaneously and seperate screens well thansk again and keep safe .
-
Hi Mathew yes I meant 240 I´m using driver setting wasapi shared instead of asio as asio didnt work as well and ive tried turning down the safe slider but it wont budge ,sampling rate of 44100 , audio driver bit depth 24 , upuntill now everything has worked well but as I said its started to crash , and what is a 4.59.0 ? ( driver maybe ) thanks for your help cheers
-
Hi chaps, has anyone bought and used this audio interface ? Ibve had mine for about eight months and its started to drop out and and crash I´m not using too many tracks (maybe as many14 )and some vst s I freeze to stop them from popping etc ......I wanted to use the buffering fader in the divises section but it wouldnt move any ideas ? cheers

Thanks David , I like mostly the old black and white photos they seem to have an innocence and honesty about them , I´m not sure if I´ll get into any copyright issues , this song was one of those that after I stummled over that riff the rest fell into place very quickly , and no , I´m not a relation to W although I do speak absolute BS sometimes and dont even know it ...cheers PB

Hi Bjorn , I liked the fiddle and the slide guitar and sound , although i thought the strings were unessersary they took something away from the melody there´s a lot to be said about a leaving bit of space in a song cheers
-
Yeah , makes me want to go down the basement and pull out some albums , what drums did you use ? super groove
-
I can only concure with the above , it reminds a litle of a band from the late eighties cant for the life of me remember who ,I really liked the riffs in the background that popped in and out ...... huge sound ...great stuff
-
Hi Barry , Look I think your vocals are just so distinctive with so much character , if may be so bold and say some harmonies in placses would sound great
