One of my favorite aspects of it is the online aspect. I can be working lyrics for a song and then while I’m out and about if an idea comes to me I can jump right to the song and update it with the idea while I have it. Because it can serve as a central place to store my lyrics I know where they are and can always jump to any particular one wherever I am. Or start a new one. Or start a new version of an existing one. Previously I had versions and notes and docs spread out all over the place. It also has a host of great features so that is an extra plus. In other words, I like it and use it.

If you own any of the previous versions like the FET it’s even less for the intro price on the site. Compelling! (Even though I promised myself to never, ever, ever buy another compressor - until this one.)

Ah, I didn’t see it. I’ll scratch this post.

On intro offer (and if you have the previous FET or I suppose others) additional discount. https://www.softube.com/icons-the-compressor-collection Intro at $179.00 with additional 10% using ICONICOMPS. If you have any of the previous versions it’s less. Compelling! (And I promised myself to never, ever, ever buy another compressor - until maybe this one.)

Simeon, tell us more about using those patterns with non harps. Harps aren’t interesting to me but the patterns with other instruments might be.

I’m going to grab this one once it hits $29. Can’t wait!

Thanks to you and the link to the discounts page in my UVI account I also was able to get it for $19.00! That was a no brainer!

One differentiator - I use Soothe 2 on lead vocals or perhaps lead guitar tracks. I use Gulfoss on a bus or and/on the mastering bus. Different purpose.

Can more than one coupon be applied?

Nobody yet has celebrated Michael McDonald - for playing musical chairs eliminating Tom Johnston from the Doobie Brothers in the mid 70s. -

Saw Queen in concert with Adam Lambert. Excellent show! -
I bought a Positive Grid Spark amp and had it sitting on my studio area right in front of me for two years without ever turning it on. I had a reason. When I opened it from the box I saw that in their hurry to produce it the assembly guy had glued on the logo upside down. It pissed me off. So I let it stare at me for two years - silent. I spoke with a guitarist who had one recently. He raved and raved about it. I went on YouTube and saw a clip where a guy showed how to put on custom face plates / grills. I realized the assembly guy had put the grill on upside down. I figured out how to put it in properly. I turned it on. It sounds very nice. And is very handy right there at my fingertips.

I agree! I skimmed the email and deleted it figuring it was another pricey Heavyocity library. Thanks to Larry’s post now it jumps out as free - so I’ll grab it!
