Any recommendations? Prices are so low
Many, depending on what you are looking for and what you already have. For example
3xOver for simple (3 bands) multi-band processing of anything
ThirtyOne for inexpensive auto EQ
Total Eq for surgical EQ (unless you already have something like fabfilter, ssl x-eq, or DDMF IIEQ, etc)
Elm 128 for a loudness meter with a nicely clean UI

Not a minor band but "very Japanese"

I subscribed but I still don't understand why you keep committing to a single-platform strategy. Isn't it preferable to diversify a little so that if things go sour you have alternatives? And being able to monetize from the beginning without min 1000 subscribers can be an advantage, e.g., on Odysee
https://odysee.com/@OregonPacifist:0/youtube-vs.-odysee-earnings-comparison:2
And there is also Rumble, without min # of subscribers

I thought his stepping down was actually announced around the time of Soundwide so, not much of a surprise.
I met Dirk in person once at a an IMSTA FESTA in New York City, where he was demoing the bx SSL consoles, and TMT technology. He really radiated shining passion and love for music production. I think he will do great at the Board of Directors, still providing advice and direction, but with more time for himself for enjoying the results of years of hard work.

Probably with one of the PT subscription models, as a freebie user don't think I ever had that offer.
I have Pro Tools standard (now Studio) perpetual license and pay support & updates (I bought a renewal for multiple years when the prices weren't the insanity that they are today).
If I were in your situation I'd probably ask nicely and fill out the form anyway to see if I get lucky, there's a chance they don't care much, and there is not much to lose anyway if they say no.

Does this ever go below $250ish?
Falcon AAX was included in Pro Tools for free for a limited time. When it was removed they had a crossgrade offer. It wasn't well advertised and I found out several months later (https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/FAQ/UVI-Falcon-FAQ). I filled out the form, and they sent me a code that discounted Falcon to $100. The form seems to be still active
If you don't have Pro Tools but have a friend who does, and is not interested in Falcon, try to convince your friend to get you a code, or to let you use his/her ilok id to fill out the form and get the code.

I always waited for the PSP 85 going on sale! Now they took it from the shop! ?
Look again? (although the old one is more expensive than the new one since it's not on sale)

do you guys make new account to apply this 299 deal or can i apply to same account and it will trigger double licenses which i have bought already and i can sell them?
Making a new account and re-selling your old one is probably a good choice. If you add it to your existing account the extra licenses will increase the number of allowed installs - E.g., now when managing my licenses, for most plugins I see [Activated Devices: 1 | Available: 5] (and previously it used to be [Activated Devices: 1 | Available: 2])

I was told these sites buy overstocked package deals for dirt cheap. That's why they can be sold so cheaply. I bought the 2020 version for $10 and the serial number was legit.
If you purchase a Visual Studio Subscription (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/subscriptions/#software-and-downloads?cat=visual-studio-enterprise-subscription-with-github-enterprise) you can get multiple license keys for development/test purpose, for Windows, Office, etc. (it's not exactly the Microsoft version of an "All Bundle" but it has some resemblances) The words in the license agreement don't allow for resale and don't allow for purposes other than developing/testing applications, but these dev/test keys work the same as a normal key.
There are sites that ignore the written license agreement and make money from un-bundling and re-selling the keys. For anyone at risk of an audit (typically large- or medium-size companies, and smaller companies being acquired by a larger one) it can be a really bad idea getting these "dev/test keys" and using them for production purposes. For individual consumers the risk of an audit is lower (but not zero, and Microsoft has the capability for blocking ranges of keys, although I haven't heard it being applied to dev/test keys, only to stolen keys).
Please note that I am not accusing stacksocial, maybe these are legitimate licenses, I'm just explaining how there is a "gray market" of sites that sell cheap license keys that work fine when you use them.

I didn’t bite on the full PA bundle upgrade discount code for 299$, but maybe with a 75$ voucher, I may bite at 224$. So if someone else don’t need it, I could be tempted, but not at 299$.
I did get the PA All 2022 bundle for $224, recommended
Getting a few of the "big bundles" definitely makes it easier keeping GAS under control (although I won't claim it can get fully cured)
I'll keep you both in mind for future $75 vouchers that become available.

Also at dontcrack, discounted if you do a custom bundle (buy multiple products in a single purchase, get 5~20% off each product)

@Niky Serrano are you still interested in a $75? If no new plugins are released between now and Saturday you can have mine

iLok dongles don't generally get much "love" but, when it came to moving to a new machine I found it quite helpful not having to de-activate so that I could re-activate.
Of course, in terms of licensing, moving Hornet plugins to the new machine was the best ?

Reverb: Waves Manny Marroquin Reverb
Track Compressor: Waves Puigchild
Bus Compressor: Sonible Smart:Comp
Precision EQ: DDMF IIEQ Pro (or Hornet Total EQ or SSL X-EQ 2, I'm still deciding)
Character EQ: Something from PA, I haven't settled on one yet
Delay: Acustica Lemon (vocal) Audiority Echoes T7E (guitar)
Chorus: Arturia Chorus Dimension-D
Pitch Shifter: Celemony Melodyne
Basic Filter: Waves Meta Filter
Glitcher/Stutterer: Melda MRhythmizer
Limiter: Nugen ISL
Stereo Imager: Fieldler Audio Stage
Amp sim: Native Instruments Guitar Rig
Vocoder: Arturia Vocoder V (I recently got the Xils vocoders, which probably will replace Arturia, but not yet)
Saturation: Waves Aphex Vintage Exciter
Restoration: iZotope Rx
Clipper: IK Multimedia T Racks Clipper
== Bonus Round ==
Utility: iZotope Neutron
All-in-one Mastering: iZotope Ozone
I tend to think about my mix differently from "basic controls", e.g., I rarely reach for a clipper, a chorus, a basic filter, or even an amp sim. I generally use instrument-focused multi-effects instead, so I'm expanding the list
Multieffect General: Eventide H3000 Factory (or PSP N2O)
Multieffect Guitar: Waves CLA Guitars
Multieffect Bass: Unfiltered Audio Bass Mint
Multieffect Vocals: iZotope Nectar
Drum Transient control: Elysia nvelope + Eventide SplitEq
== Extra ==
Monitoring/checking: Mastering the Mix Levels

If you'll be reselling the licenses you don't use and the prices will be a good deal, don't forget to add in your signatures the links to your buy/sell listings.

$224 after all discounts.
Why is it the price of WUP (300 minus a 25% discount) coming to mind?...
