  1. Your answer seems like that of an official representative of the forum...... Thanks anyway for your kind reply
  2. Hello everyone and best wishes for a happy new year! I made some comments on the Sonar renewal method and wanted to know before proceeding with a possible purchase of another DAW if you have any information on the full Sonar license. I have been a Sonar user since it was called Pro Audio and I would hate to change the DAW I produce with but as I wrote I need to have ownership of the instruments I produce with. Thanks and regards
  3. I haven't updated but I read that there were some problems, have you checked that the path to your audio folder in the preferences is correct? Maybe the update selected the default one. Good luck
  4. in my opinion you need to stay much calmer and above all you don't have to tell me what to write. I'm fond of Sonar's story and will call the staff the Bakers, whenever I want
  5. Come on Bakers, full license for the new year🤙
  6. Hi everyone, in some posts I have criticized the marketing strategies and the fact that there is no full sonar license but I have never doubted the seriousness and generosity of the company which continues to release CBB updates. I hope I can continue to create my own productions with the full Sonar license. Thanks Bakers👍
  7. Hi everyone, I'm a producer and composer and I've been making Soul, Nu soul and house productions for 40 years. I've been using Sonar for 30 years since it was called Twelwe Tone. For me it was the best DAW on the Pro market and even today my latest release was made with CBB, but referring to the Cakewalk part of the video, it said exactly the things I wrote in the posts as soon as Sonar came out.... direction taken by the company is not Pro, the decision not to have a full license is not Pro, the marketing steps are inconceivable and in fact he chose the DAW (excellent) which when it came out literally copied the look and logic by Sonar, but with a aggressive and clear marketing impact, so much so that today it provides atmos rendering for less than 200 euros. I'm Sonar's first fan but if company policy doesn't change I'll take the same step, I'm not someone who composes with the phone or with bandlab samples... I hope well
  8. LX49+ here, awesome no problems,i use it like control surface, midi and plugins parameterers control. CBB last version
  9. Right, other important competitors have released new DAW with full license for less than 200 euros with integrated Atmos render. I love Sonar but i want my license.
  10. The question is how many of those 100 million work professionally? I am not a member of Bandlab, I am a professional and I purchased a DAW. I don't have to do companies a favor, I have to work so I have to own my DAW so as not to be a slave to other people's decisions. I repeat that Sonar Plat, CBB and Sonar are fantastic DAWs for me but the direction taken by the company is strange, the proof is that all the best competitors give the possibility to buy the DAW, then everyone does what they want but you have to give me the possibility to buy it.
  11. ABSOLUTELY!!!! I was a beta tester for Boston and I considered Sonar the best Pro DAW on the market, I want to own the tools I use to produce, I hope they decide soon.
  12. I have also been a Twelvw Tone user since the time, the question is when I want to leave the membership, will I be able to continue using Sonar? I wrote some posts because I want to own my work tools and I'm waiting for developments on the full license. Sonar is.......was........ the best DAW on the Pro Market My releases continue to come out with CBB.
  13. Hi everyone, I wrote some posts when Sonar was released where I expressed my disappointment that the full license isn't available, but I'll wait for future developments. Many on the forum were amazed at the almost hidden marketing work, some procedures were difficult to find and were not clear. Now I'm looking at Presonus' marketing efforts on the upcoming release of version 7 and they've done a fantastic job, for me, with a staff preview where they clarify all the points about perpetual licensing. I still clarify that for me Sonar is my Pro DAW and I will wait for news on the full license, but the other competitors are moving forward including Atmos renderings and I hope Bandlab realizes this. Greetings
  14. Thank you, I have some releases coming out and I don't want to touch anything just yet. Greetings
  15. Absolutely,i have another limiter but I just wanted to understand why all the other pro channel modules installed correctly and Concrete limiter didn't. Greetings
  16. Hi everyone, I had to do a new installation of CBB, everything is ok, but I can't reinstall Concrete Limiter because I get an error message saying that I have to reinstall the right version before proceeding with the update. This through Command Center. I also looked for previous versions of Concrete but they aren't there in my account. Do you have any idea how to solve it? Greetings
  17. I have been happy for 25 years with Sonar and would continue even happier with the full license, hopefully it will be ready soon🫰
  18. I think you understood the opposite of what I wanted to say, I wrote that Sonar is the best DAW on the market and for this very reason, in my opinion, the company must adopt strategies as a true protagonist in the Pro world, starting by also providing the license complete. I hope I have been clear
  19. Sorry Craig but your point is specifically about Magix, I didn't even know about the company's difficulties, but Amazon could also go bankrupt if we set the tone that way. the concrete fact is that all the best audio software companies have the possibility of purchasing both a full license and a subscription, I don't think they are all stupid.
  20. Hi,This response, for me, is the reason why Bandlab marketing decided this behavior. I've been using Sonar since it was called Twelve Tone and I was a beta tester during the Roland period. For me, this DAW is the best on the market, but it is clear that this company is not interested in the Pro world. I want to own the tools I use for my productions, I paid Wavelab a lot of money for the mastering but it is mine and I will pay only for future updates. I can't risk that if a company blocks a software that I won't be able to work, I have to be autonomous, because I have projects from 20 years ago that I have to be able to reopen at any time for various reasons. The proof is that in the Pro Sonar environment it is practically unknown, despite being a fantastic DAW. Then there is a simple economic reason, why if I use Sonar for the next ten years will I have to pay around 1,500 euros? With Samplitude Prox 8 for example I paid around 400 euros and it is mine until I decide to use it.... So for me Bandlab must decide to make a leap in quality and try to decisively enter the Pro world because it deserves it and has fantastic developers, but now it gives the impression of a strategy for a tool for kids. I think so Greetings
  21. Hi everyone, after a day of testing and templates created for this, I think I managed to understand the problem. I don't know why but in the presence of the AAS Lounge Lizard EP4 and Ultra Analog VA 3, when I reverse a track or export a CBB project it freezes and closes after 30 seconds. The problem only occurs with AAS, I've tried all my other VSTIs, no problem. I sent an email to support but I will also try to find out what about the AUD.INI or vsti settings can cause the problem. Greetings
