  1. A while back I asked a question about recommendations for EQing a bass track. Someone stated that I should start with the ProChannel. Someone else chimed in with a link to ProChannel Presets that no longer come with Cakewalk which I downloaded and installed to Cakewalk. I can no longer find that post with the link to the extra ProChannel presets. Does anyone have these? Thanks
  2. Ok, nevermind..I fixed the issue by installing the Realtek High Definition Audio Device driver.
  3. I'm not sure where you are getting this. I explained clearly in my post that I am using a Digital Audio Interface. I am using a Presonus Audiobox USB96 with all of my DAWs. As also clearly stated, the issue I am experiencing and showed above just started happening after I needed to flatten and re-setup my computer due to a virus. After, re-installing Bandlab Cakewalk after the OS rebuild, this message started popping up whenever I open and try to use Cakewalk even though Cakewalk is configured to use the Presonus Audiobox USB96....not the onboard High Definition Audio Device.
  4. Is it possible to assign the tempo to a fader so that I can control a ritardando at the end of my tune?
  5. Still not sure what you are referring to. The issue is with the High Definition Audio Device which is my internal computer sound card. Again, I did not have to do this before I had to re-install the OS and BLC. So, other than the computer speakers plugged into the sound card there are no other cables. Also don't know what port you would be referring to. So, I'm confused.
  6. Not clear which cables you are referring to or what port as well? However, I just confirmed that if I disable the High Definition Audio Device in Device Manager the issue goes away. But what a drag to have to disable it each time I work on a project and then re-enable it after in order to hear my computer audio. I never have had to do that before.
  7. And the maddening thing besides it constantly popping up every minute or 2 is that I can't do anything with Cakewalk controls until I click either YES or NO for it to go away.
  8. The default audio device is the sound card and has been the sound card all along. I did not have this problem prior to having to flatten and re-install the OS and all applications due to a virus. With that said, this same thing happens even if I specifically select my DAI instead.
  9. If you are asking do I get audio from the internal sound card from other files the answer is yes. Clicking on YES does nothing other than make the pop up window go away. Clicking on NO has the same response.
  10. Yes, I have an HDMI monitor. Same monitor used prior to having to rebuilt my computer due to a virus. All was working prior as stated. Also, I don't use the HDMI of my monitor.
  11. Yes, there is an internal sound card. Same sound card that was/is installed prior to rebuilding my computer. I use the sound card to view/listen to videos, my ripped music library etc. I use my DAI only for Cakewalk. As mentioned, this was all working just fine the same way prior to rebuilding my computer due to a virus.
  12. I had to rebuild my computer this past week and now each time I launch Cakewalk and periodically while I'm working on a project I get the following pop up. Nothing seems to be affected. But I can't figure out what is causing this.
  13. I have 3 proper XLR mics!!... That's not the issue or the question. I have the Blue Yeti so my wife and her friends can do simple recording into a DAW. I would prefer to use Cakewalk. It works just fine in Audacity but as mentioned I would prefer them to use Cakewalk.
  14. So, does anyone have an answer to my question? Thanks
  15. Does the Blue Yeti work with Cakewalk? If so, how do I configure it in Preferences as Cakewalk does not see it. Windows does and my other DAWs do. Thanks
  16. I have a project I am working on that has a track that repeats itself every 8 measures. I have accomplished this by copying the 8 measures, placing the cursor/marker (whatever it's called) after the 8 measures and clicking PASTE. This got quite tedious having to do this numerous times in the track. Is there a way to either tell Bandlab to copy the segment X amount of times? Or a way to not have to keep moving the cursor and clicking PASTE? Or a way to drag the 8 measure segment so it copies itself over numerous measures? I've read, Duplicate Selected Clip(s) in the reference guide but it is a bit over my head. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
  17. Ah... got it. Sorry. The good news is that it is now working again. I have no idea what's different.
  18. Yes I did. However, the issue you reference is not this same issue.
  19. I have no idea what you mean by What View. As far as editing I am editing MIDI tracks.
  20. After updating BL yesterday I now have no audio. Preferences are configured correctly for my audio interface. I can see the meters moving but now no audio!?
  21. Things don't snap to grid since the recent update. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
  22. I am trying to send a MIDI track to my Yamaha SY77 keyboard. The MIDI track was created on my SY77 years ago, transfered to my Kawai Q80x, saved and now opened in Cakewalk. I don't see the patch change/instrument patch number information in the Events view of the MIDI track. Where is this information kept so I can view it?
  23. No, it's not that. I want to include a click track along with my tracks that I am sending to my partner to lay down his parts.
