It took a couple of days for them to respond to my email too. I was ready to pull the trigger but obviously glad I waited . For what one gets though, I think at $168 for the upgrade (MPS2.1->3), is a definite bargain considering the add-ons! I've been waiting for an offer from Groove 3 for a renewal at $79 which they have done a couple of times in the past to keep me subscribed but nothing this year. That and the addition of R4 & Nimbus is a very reasonable value IMHO. But their (iZotope) willingness to have a grace period much less extending it a bit for long-time customers speaks volumes! ?

Yep, I waited to purchase until I heard back from iZotope support. I purchased the MPS 2.1 upgrade Aug 5. Heard back yesterday and was told I was just outside the grace period but because I was a loyal customer they would go ahead and extend the free upgrade with all of the extras!! Email included all of the relevant codes/SNs and placed the iZ products in my account already. Very impressed and grateful - top notch company!

Okay, been watching this. Because I have everything TrackS but the Leslie, it seems a bit guitar-centric for me. Not being a "real" guitarist, I question the freebie option value (although I do love just having stuff!-). Other than the Leslie, of interest is the Lurssen MC and ARC 2.5. I'm wondering if IK would let me get ARC without the Mic since I already have the shh SonarWorks one as I would love to update my ARC which shows as $49 with the Mic but isn't a freebie option. Thoughts?

Jim et. al, I've had very good communication and service through their US sales Dept. Bring it up (civilly I might add :)) with them and I believe they will sort it out. Yes, I have ARC2 as well and had been tempted to try Sonarworks but haven't pulled the trigger. I have a license for Reference 3 on my Surface Pro. I a single license is only for a single computer correct? I don't use headphones except for tracking on my main DAW but it would be nice to have . I'll have to check for an upgrade to 4 for the SP.
