Woohoo! Thanks @Promidi. Yes, I have the BU files and did as you suggested. However, I didn't run the ST4SC.exe. I just copied the "C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1" folder containing the "C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1.pak" to my samples drive and the correct folder. Started ST4 and all is right with the world! Everything loads as it should.

No, that is what I am saying. "C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1.pak" is not present. Only CGCMS 2-6.paks are there. I'll follow-up when I can. I did hear back from IK Support and will try there suggestions which are pretty much what I've done. Sorry, I won't be back home until late this evening as I have a couple of Christmas programs to lead. Thanks for the discussion and a blessed merry Christmas and/or happy holidays to all!

Thanks friends, yes, I downloaded and reinstalled but to no avail. @Reid Rosefelt, everything else plays fine - it is only the Close Mic'd presets that give this warning. However, I saw but did not download and install the Update which may work. I will try the update and then try unzipping/running JUST the 6.pak file alone. Thanks @Promidi

Thanks for the heads-up Reid. In playing around this morning, I found that I cannot load the close mic versions of the C7 piano. Does anyone else have this problem? I seem to have folders 2-6 but 1 is missing. I've emailed support but curious.

I was just bemoaning the fact that I couldn't use Halion 6 for some Christmas shows simply because of the licensing issues. In reading up on it I saw that once you move a license (currently) from a softlicense to the USB eLicenser, you can never go back - inexcusably ridiculous and goes beyond copyright security IMO. I had resolved to no longer invest in Steinberg products. However, this is welcome, may change my mind, and is certainly overdue!

The $49 upgrade shows under your Loyalty Offers? Mine still shows $299 which shows as a crossgrade when added to the cart eventhough I've got MPS 4.0. Really which iZotope would clean that area up. Love the product but the My Loyalty Offers section is worthless IMHO.

LOL, that was my first thought as I just purchased a used FP 8 though it's at Presonus ATM under warranty. The recommended QCon Pro X looks interesting with overlays for S1, Samp Pro, Reaper, and other DAWs (not CBB) - I'm assuming they'll soon have one for MB. QCon Pro X

FWIW, I had several previous Libs that showed locked in ST4 after installing GB purchases including the Hitmaker series. I just reinstalled them in PM and they are all working fine now in ST4 without PM.

Did you check in Task Mgr to see if it still running? That would be my first look. Otherwise, maybe a unistall/reinstall the installer?

Received my November voucher and was surprised that it was $50 ($75 minimum purchase) since it's been $25 for a month or two and I haven't purchased anything. I thought "great," I can upgrade GigPerformer 3 to 4 ($99 for me). Used the voucher which brought it down to $49.99. I then put in my $25 survey voucher code (minimum $39 spend) and PA promptly removed my $50 voucher applied the $25 voucher first so the total was now $74.99 - $00.01 below the spend threshold. Won't be making a purchase this month either.

I purchased this in the GB and mine opens in both ST4 & MP2CE.

I was surprised they didn't do this during the Group Buy. Makes more sense to me to do that and then offer perhaps a deeper discounted GC's for the BF/Holiday. But then again, I'm broke so what do I know??

Sounds like he is stealing your rewards and keeping you from accomplishing your mission. 2 strikes! Address it with him as a group (if you haven't already) and if he is unwilling to abide to the agreed upon policies which include having fun and being the best WE can be (strike 3), MOVE ON! (without him, of course) EDIT: Life is just to short!

Forgive my ignorance but do these differ from the current ST2 presets? I have no problem loading these same presets (.st4i) within Studio One now. What do these presets (.preset) provide?

Are any of you that have installed this experiencing missing instruments? e.g. Fairies NS ..and Fuzzy Morph GA
