Wanna buy some smart water? It makes you smarter. Honest.

Their loss. I think I can still live ok without it.?

I always figured that going fishing was a man's way of letting his wife know that it's over.

Track 14 is the frozen synth. Track 15 is the same synth output to aux track and recorded in real time. When the synth track is not frozen it plays the same as Track 15. (ie properly) Freeze it and it misses off the first note. 2020.09 if it matters TIA

That sounds about right. Oh well, they can keep it then if that's their attitude towards a problem with their product.?

LOL.....yeah........even that price was a 50% on deal compared to the previous price. I wonder why PIB (and others) can't see that they do themselves no favours with these kind of ridiculous claims. The more I see this kind of BS the less inclined I feel to buy anything from them. They're pretty much telling people......... "hey everyone, we think that you're all stupid".

Got the demo and it sounds like it could more versatile than I thought it would be. Downside is that I'm reminded of an issue that I had forgotten about with the other V2 version I have, namely that the drag and drop midi is bit flakey. Works until it doesn't. Anyone else seen this happen or is it just me?

" I bought Komplete just because of the included fx" said no-one ever.

Very true. It hardly ever occurs to me when thinking about FX to look at the NI stuff. Truth be told if someone crept in and removed everything NI from my PC other than Kontakt libraries and Battery I would probably only notice because the dropdown menu looked different.

I tried timing flies once. I wanted to see exactly how long they would smash themselves into the closed window rather than just fly back out through the open one that they literally just used to gain entry. The timer ran out of numbers and eventually they died on the windowsill. They're either very stupid or just prone to suicide for some kind of fly reasons. Maybe it's to do with their diet?

On the one hand it's a tempting offer, but on the other I have one of the others and I usually end up replacing it with something else once the mix starts to progress, so I kind of use it, but don't really. For the benefit of anyone who might have v1 and is tempted to try the demo for this be aware that v2 overwrites v1 so if you don't buy when the demo expires, your existing version no longer works and you will then have to uninstall it and then re-install v1.

Obvs.

FWIW, I did once have a short email conversation with Marc-Pierre Verge of AAS who said that they don't make as much as people probably think they do, to which I replied that he almost has to say that to the likes of me, but as he pointed out it was a Sunday evening and if he really was spending a long weekend sipping champagne on his yacht, he certainly wouldn't be taking time out from that to email me.?

Sounds a bit gender exclusive. -
I think most people actually think of it as FBLA. ?
-
Yup. People who buy that are so dumb. It's like they don't even know that Smartwater® is way better than that.

You know what "asking for a friend" usually means, right? ? Anyhoo, FWIW I've always figured that the best way to make money online for a one man operation would be to take a small amount from as many people as possible - I just haven't figured out a way to do that. It seems that people can't resist cheap stuff and because it's cheap don't usually expect much from it or complain too much, because it was cheap so what do you expect, right? Take a look at the deals forum, they'll still buy the next one, lol! Or you your friend could just make one plug-in a year, doesn't matter what, call it The Bapuometer and charge $100k for it. We all know someone who would just have to buy it. Staying with the pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap philosophy, I always thought that whoever invented bin bags was an absolute freaking genius. Taking money from people for things that they take home and happily put straight in the bin and yet still come back for more once they've thrown them all away.

I hear that 8 fries is more than enough. No need to go for 16.

Sounds pretty good on lappy speakers. Nice processing on the vox. With a critical head on, the rhythm guitar feels a bit loop like and could maybe use a bit more variation given that it's fairly prominent in the mix (at least it is on these lappy speakers). By the end I was thinking that the rhythm guitarist would probably be getting a bit bored by now. Or maybe that's just me. Wouldn't be the first time.
