FWIW I don't even know how to tell if a link is an affiliate link or not and I don't really care one way or the other*. I always figured that when Larry posted something that said use code FORUM, for example, that was a way for the vendor to keep track of what had come via him so that he would get something out of it and if he did then good luck to him. AFAIC if the price is "worth it" to me, then I don't care who gets what. Now for the *........... Where it would seem a little disingenuous to me is if the OP in question was actively encouraging people to buy something rather than just providing a link. I have come to trust the opinions and judgement of many here regarding the quality and usefulness of various products and I guess I would be disappointed if I learned that they were all just sales reps in disguise. On the other hand if somebody comes out and openly says I'm a rep for so and so and here's the thing that I'm plugging today, then I have no issue with that.

Kind of ironic given that their blurb is all about how much faster it is and how much time it will save you though.?

I don't use take lanes really so I can't comment on that, but I do wish that they would concentrate more on fixing the known faults before adding new stuff that I didn't even know that I needed. It's not like they need the new features to get the upgrade $$ these days.

PC version for me too.... The initial BraveBrowserSetup d/l is quick but running that just gives a "Downloading" window that 20 minutes later still says that. Time to pretend that I never heard of it I think.

Some days I sit amazed that I have such amazing recording software that I couldn't have dreamed of having when I first developed an interest in such things and can't believe how good it is and the tools that I now have at my fingertips. Other days when I'm doing exactly the same things as I was above it makes me want to throw the freaking computer out of the window. Some days you're the dog, other days you're the lamp post. It's just the way it is.

How long did it take you to d/l this? I've tried twice and lost the will to live waiting for it to complete. After cancelling the d/l both attempts showed as 1217kb file size.

Yeah I know that, mine is about to run out and I haven't used it enough to justify paying for a new subscription. Not enough in MPS4 for me to make it feel like Groove 3 is a bonus rather than something that just I'm paying for a different way round.

I keep forgetting that I even have Groove 3, so it's hard to justify paying for it again in my case.
