  1. The Heart Throbs - Cleopatra Grip* (Full Album) * You might need to google it. On the other hand, under absolutely no circumstances should you google it.
  2. You've given up vindaloo? Surely not!
  3. Nobody? Oh well ... Lo Fidelity Allstars - Warming Up the Brain Farm
  4. The Orb - A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules From The Centre Of The Ultraworld
  5. Cypress Hill - Insane In The Brain
  6. Available on the BBC: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p07rfk2j Includes documentaries on: Freddie Mercury, The Rolling Stones, Status Quo, Jeff Buckley, John Lennon, Amy Winehouse, Simon & Garfunkel, Frank Zappa, Phil Lynott, Miles Davis, and on and on.
  7. One must draw the line somewhere, though. U2 are an absolute no-no. Bono is such an insufferable little twit.
  8. Just to get to the dronetastic: Spiritualized - Born Never Asked / Electric Mainline
  9. Laurie Anderson - Born, Never Asked
  10. Laurie Anderson - Home Of The Brave
  11. Fixed Midfield General - Disco Sirens
  12. Midfield General - Devil In Sports Casual
  13. I'm a user of the full version of ADM and I use it as much as a drum sampler as for its internal sounds. The only annoyance is that the current(ancient) version is limited to 16 bit mono samples.
  14. We seem to have a cross-post scenario, so I'll go with "The Kinks - A Well Respected Man" just because the fred needs a bit of flugelhorn: David Sylvian - The Ink In The Well
  15. Happy Mondays - 24 Hour Party People
  16. This is something I find myself doing, but more by accident than design. A short time ago I found myself watching a documentary about Fleetwood Mac - a band that have never been on my radar. The two main things I took away from it were: I didn't realise how many Fleetwood Mac songs I actually knew; and Stevie Nicks is really, really, really annoying.
  17. I think Studio One has decided you have too many plugins and is punishing you.
  18. Note to Americans: You need to know your West Country geography to get the associations from Portishead onwards.
