?… is not that different than Eastwest There are only two problems i see with their platform, one is that being so recent and in its first year, there is always a risk that it fails to be viable and end up being abandoned in the future. But they should get some support to try to get rid of Kontakt monopoly. The other problem is more damaging i think, they should consider to allow the libraries in their platform to be more comparable with the kontakt ones. as of now they are restricted and you can only edit the most common parameters, they should rethink that. I know that the price difference is abyssal but im sure that decision alone make them loose many adopters. despite that i think that it is a great value

And if someone has an eye on Musio 1, can get their full catalog (albeit in their own platform) for 259€ which i think is the lowest price ever.

While i agree that Kontakt 7 is the real deal, would say that Piano colors and Lores are great, and the Light Trilogy is really fun.

K15 it should be around the corner, but keep in mind that the upgrade cost will double, and you will probably have to wait one year until a sale on that one. If you are not feeling the urge on this one just wait one more year. To me the sweet spot is always the first sale on each iteration, or even skip one iteration at all if there is nothing really appealing, and wait for a first sale on the next one. Been doing this since K5

I have a doubt , since i normally only go from komplete upgrade to komplete upgrade i dont know the answer but, if you have Komplete Ultimate 14 CE, and buy some of the newer instruments, they are taking into account on the upgrade price when Ultimate 15 is out? Or you get the normal upgrade price like if you didnt have them?

Albion Tundra someone with experience with this one? it sounds great and maybe it would be useful in a project in the vein of Bon Iver, Radiohead, Ry x. someone with an opinion about this one?

To be fair you can get away with less than that ?.. but i know, if you go.. go big the problem with MPE for me is my rheumatic fingers… those lateral motions..at some point i dont know if my stank face is from the expressiveness of my playing or the pain in my fingers.

Yep, i dont know if that works that well for them on the brand recognition and satisfaction side. Is like those loyalty vouchers that only work when the products are not on sale and you end up having much better deals on sales than using those vouchers on full price. Ok i get it you dont want me to use it on sales periods, but at least when on full price let me use that damn thing and get a slightly better deal than what is usual on sales, otherwise that voucher is unusable??‍♂️ Recently i had an issue with a developer and they offered me a 25% off voucher, the product was on sale 50% off…. But to use that voucher the sale did not apply … so if i apply the voucher the product would get 25% pricier than if bought directly. Even if i use it outside those sales periods i am better off waiting for the next sales which are frequent. In the end i dont think this is a good look

Cant get into the sound of their Augmented series, it doenst seem alive and a bit muffled, im refering to Augmented strings as it is the only one i have. Is anyone finding them useful?

To anyone that just got into Falcon recently with their newest 3rd iteration, and are starting out with that ecosystem this bundle is an absolute no brainer. Something to be aware of is that, to some, there are still frustrating problems with their Portal and product activations that persist since last week with that Venus Theory freebie. So dont expect a smooth operation, at least for now.

Well im not sure how it works as i have only 3 products of that bundle and my upgrade price is 100€ less, i would assume it would be a smaller cut tbh. Dont know if having a good deal (as i have) of their catalog outside that bundle helps to lower that price

Thanks Kirean, It is great value this bundle, Augmented orchestra BF sale alone was 150€. I have some of them but just for Augmented orchestra, IRCAM prepared piano 2 and Quadra, i might bite this one UVI nks support must be a recent thing, had no idea.
