No it's not the same. @cclarryis the best example. If you buy singles, you get so many Jam Points. You buy the bundle you get so many Jam Points. If they then merged them together, how could you sell the single you bought. And how can they then (here is the biggie) deduct Jam Points from your account for the selling of that Single. I still can't figure out how in the h3ll Larry got negative Jam Points!! (I still laugh about that!!)

Well, I have been debating if I should contact Izotope about my recent purchase of MPS 2.1. Since I already bought the upgrade from 2.1 to 3 from a third party (JRR), I was wondering what would happen, how would they handle this situation, IF I was in the grace period. Well all the worrying was for nothing! Thanks to the good folks here I am now aware of the grace period time, and how far they will extend it. And I don't make it!! I missed it by two months! I didn't think it was that long ago. But apparently so. 2 June 2019 was my purchase date. It's also really great to hear that Izotope is allowing this grace period at all. Fantastic service. Customer first type of business. I like that. So I really don't feel bad that I didn't fall into the grace period.

CW products has always adhered to MS convictions really tightly. Who is responsible for starting this is probably Greg. But someone has kept it going. I believe that the credit goes to Noel and his team.

Actually, joysticks was part of the sound card properties back in the day. Maybe it wouldn't be a stretch to try and have a Xbox controller do remote operations. Maybe a separate program that could assign different buttons to different commands. I did have a game controller with assignable macros that worked well for years. I abandoned it after the X series came out. So this us possible.

I'd be in on that too. Maybe give them away as NFR items? To schools/universities and low income neighborhoods across the world? How about it IK? Pitch in to help out?

@Ryan IK Multimedia I, and I am sure a lot of us here, understand IK not wanting, or being able to afford valuable Support to deal with this issue. However, it is an unresolved issue. I also understand that the GB Pick Menu wasn't designed to pick duplicate items. But surely ya'll had to know that some of us loyal customers would be in the GB. That there would be an instance or two where some would be maxed out on items they purchased. So it shouldn't be that surprising to IK that this issue has developed into what it has. And the issue is: honest well meaning customers who got in on the GB won't be able to redeem what they have coming to them, due to no fault of their own. I read your message and like I said, understand and appreciate everything you and Peter do here for us. I myself have not contacted IK Support about this issue. I figured that they would resolve it before the 30 days and I can use my empty 4 slots. But from your post above, you addressed the measures IK took to stop all the support calls for this issue. And you invited us to make our case, did I get that right, at this forum? Because the link took me to the top of this page. What am I to assume with that? I am hoping you did that in error. Because that don't look good IMHO.

Has this issue been taken care of, the "Greyed Out" issue.

I think he meant the difference between O9A upgrade ($99) and the MPS3 upgrade.

If you Ok, then I'll flat out tell ya. The new Smart tool is better and much more efficient than the old 8.5 stuff. You can fight with it for 120hrs, or with an open mind learn to use it properly. Your move.

@cclarry Thanks for posting that LArry. I had forgot about that song. They really did it justice. At first I thought that only two of the originals were in that band. But as I kept watching, it became very clear to me that it was all of them except the bass player. I'm going listen to that album!!
