My wife and I asked our kids 5 years ago if they wanted  a new Playstation or XBox and they actually told us no.

 Even with this pandemic lock-down  they found other things to do.  My younger daughter hounded the AP English teacher lat Spring for next years book list in advance as she wanted to read them and do  the papers in advance if possible. The AP teacher said that wouldn't be fair. My daughter said I didn't say only for me. You can post it as a Google Doc since we are on lock-down. The teacher did and plenty of students took to reading.  The AP teacher now says that was a great idea as the majority of the students did and the discussions are more in-depth.

  I wouldn't mind an XBox, but I know better to get into PC-gaming.  Sometimes it is nice to shoot things up and not go to jail ?

I have to add to the above that I'm really, really glad my teenagers haven't got into gaming too much. The older one has a little but the younger one has no interest in gaming.

I'm sort of glad I never got into gaming.

You make a valid point.

So how about  a blog a few times a year Meng.   I know the chance of the big man actually reading a post in the Coffee House are slim to none    

I always wonder if Meng takes the time to read these threads;  he brought the company and has provided the funds to make the product way more stable and better for us folks.  My only downer is that I know as the head of multiple companies I wish he would pop and converse or at least a blog every few months   

It would be nice to have an idea where he wants to take CbB in the future.  

Anyway thanks Meng for keeping this great software alive and giving us this Forum for us to have these silly conversations.

I don't think it will get lost. Those that want to use the online part will be able to. At least that is what I hope/pray will happen.   I'm coming from a place where more then half of the choir is retire folk and not tech savvy. So it was an interesting time having them record their part(s) at home. The lady that did most of the work was awesome but she had to pull stuff into her DAW and no it wasn't CbB
