  1. You should see his uninstaller collection!
  2. https://www.soundtheory.com/home In before Fleer... ?
  3. So I got a confirmation about the Tina Guo situation and supposedly the Complete Bundle is indeed complete as was already assumed. Another question. On the video for Volume 2 around the 5 minute mark, the cello seems to stutter awfully. Is this a feature or just a random hiccup on the Youtuber's part?
  4. Ow. That's a pickle. But I'll second Pavlov's last take. And if it's any consolation, I feel like it's more on APD than on you. I originally titled the thread more as a frown towards APD, since one is safe to take the marketing spiel with a grain of salt. (And in all honesty, it's not like they're the only ones to sometimes stretch things a bit to make things look more enticing.) Anyway. For the most part, I think you've already done enough to clarify the situation and clear out confusion. Your earlier posts give people the chance to form up an educated opinion and go from there. The fact that you showed up hints to people that you and your company might even care about things. I also feel like the percentage might not be as 'big of a deal' to the wider audience, even if big numbers are catchy. People still have to pay the $ amount instead of the advertised percentage (which varies depending on the place of purchase anyway). And I assume that those that do care, tend to look at the lowest historical prices rather than the biggest "<number> off" anyway. This forum also seems a bit more fixated on particular details over proposed values than maybe some other communities, si I'd wager most people won't notice or care one way or another anyway. And if someone were to go 'Hmmm', they might simply go on with their life thinking that it's a classical case of MSRP not having been updated in a while.

  7. On sale for $159 but with code RIS30 you can bring it down to $129 : https://keep-forest.com/store/libraries/225278
  8. If you have FX2, isn't there like 8 new products (FX3+FX4)? But it's good to know that if I skip this year, the upgrade price could possibly be 69 again next year from FX3 to FX5... And yeah, best to probably wait for V Collection 10 if you're not in a hurry.
  9. I think it might be 49 bucks if I didn't own it already. But then it might be more if I didn't own Pigments too. From I've seen, I think people get the best deal when they go from Pigments to V Collection to FX (ie. crossgrade will be cheaper than upgrade.) Don't quote me on any of it though. Thus, Pavlov needs to step up, pony up and let us know how it turns out this year!
  10. So what's the deal with Diamond > Signature updates as of late? Do people have to contact the support for the $150 discount or are people getting better discounts for the upgrade?
  11. I have FX Collection 3 which is why they're asking money to upgrade to FX Collection 4 (ie. pay for the four new plugins that came after FX3). And as much as I hope not, they'll ask money to upgrade when V Collection 10 gets released.
  12. https://www.pluginboutique.com/deals/show?sale_id=14731 https://polyversemusic.com/ Note that Polyverse's Comet Reverb is, for the next 28 hours, on a flash sale for $29 (80%) : https://polyversemusic.com/products/comet/
  13. https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/3-Studio-Tools/72-Utility/11646-Podcaster Rest of their line-up. cMixer is 60% https://www.pluginboutique.com/manufacturers/151-Digital-Brain-Instruments
  14. To make things more real and tangible, he's still storing all his files on C-Cassettes and then using a Commodore 64 tape drive fiddle them onto the computer again. That's how I imagine it, anyway.
  15. Do it. If you like synths, V Collection 9 is absurdly fun.
  16. Last year I bought Pigments first for 99 > After that Collection for 149 and finally FX3 for 49. And yeah. Wondering about upgrading to FX4 myself. Just four new plugins (or three, if I hadn't fumbled getting MS-20 free when it was offered). Then again, individual price is then 17.25 which is better than Plugin Alliance's current pricing and Arturia is a lovely company (or at least, their products are).
  17. As can be seen, for example Fleer seems to think there's some value to the product but instead the silly MSRP sidetracked the whole thing and makes people a bit less open to what is, possibly, an ok plugin. And I pretty much agree with the rest of your posts. Every time I've helped other people sell or have sold a product myself, I've always thought about making a good customer experience. But then again, that might be why I'm poor
  18. Yeah. Fully refunded. Everything A OK and no ill feelings towards D-fused whatsoever.
  19. $80 per customer is a cheap price to pay in order to give everyone a heartwarming dose of holiday spirit. On that note, I can't believe the deal is still up. I'd think the amount of notifications generated by the store would have kinda flashed some red lights by now. Of course, if one is on the floor in a fetal position, it's kinda hard to reach for the mouse and keyboard to shut it all down.
  20. The refund fees might sting a bit too (depending on their payment service provider of course.)
  21. Maybe they are tapping and reaching into new demographics since there are people out there who'll gladly pay to get pissed on. Or so I've heard.
  22. https://audioplugin.deals/product/string-central-by-nightfox-audio/ The 80% is kinda fishy marketing since apparently the default price is around $99 or 149 € depending on the place of purchase.
