Considered Vybz and Tape but I’ve got RC-20 and a million other Lo-Fiers already. Still annoyed about the buggy crap as well. Thenatan are in the bin.

Right...bought Hatz. Looks pretty cool. Couple of problems so far though. The pitch down buttons seem to be pitching up and the pitch up buttons seem to pitching down. I'm using Hatz in Reason 12. I I right click and reset the device all output disappears. That is to say the samples don't trigger. I've written to support so we'll see what they say. Will report back.

Hatz?

Was going to say the same. Watched a video where a guy pointed out all the bugs. Don’t like Romplers either so all good.
-
I'm thinking of getting it too so if you get it before me then tell me whether it's good or not and I'll do the same :).

I've got a couple of Thenatan plugins and they're actually better than you'd (I'd) expect. Bells is pretty good. Wouldn't pay more than a fiver for them so this is pretty handy. They're selling both Tape Piano and Tape Piano 2 which I don't understand seeing as how 2 is just an improved version of the first one. Anyway, as I said, Bells is worth a look.

Was it Edith who told you?

Yep

https://www.freetousesounds.com/all-in-one-bundle/ $25 (usually $30) but the code SUMMERSALE at checkout gives you another $5 off. 2TB of really cool field recordings. I've been meaning to buy it for over a year now. Bought it now for the VR Ambisonic Sound Library. Well cool

Tried guitarstrip. Pretty nice. Tried to find a demo of bassflow but I get directed to the SSL manager and it's not included there. Edit: Found a demo on Plugin Boutique. The .exe installed all the Harrison consoles on my pc then the plugin gave a flash screen every 40 seconds or so to tell me I was in demo mode. Bass Flow has a slight latency which bugs the hell out of me. So...no sale.
-
Right…I have to admit it to myself. Whenever I see the word “guitar” in the name of a plugin I go immediately into GAS mode. Straight to the point…should I go ahead and get it? Can’t be bothered demoing even though I know that’s the thing to do.
-
If plug-in boutique gets in on the action nd I get can the replicant 2 to 3 upgrade for 40% off I might do it. I really dislike Replicant 2 but maybe 3 is better? Think I got 2 for €14 or something and still regret it

Having written to the developer a couple of times with questions about products I’ve bought I can say that I really don’t like his attitude. So no more business from this corner.
-
Thanks. Absolutely correct. Took the $35 and bought a cheapo Behringer Ultra Chorus to add to my other 5 chorus pedals. Beating the GAS one day at a time.
-
And now today, after all that, MCab is in the eternal madness thing. With a referral code and a $10 discount I can get it for €35. Question is now…

Audio Assault IR loader is one of the best in my opinion. Often goes on sale for $5. Think I got it for $2.50.
-
Yay!!! Tried both Celestion and Mcab and realized I don't need or want either of them. More money in the pedal fund.
-
Tried. CPU usage way high. Dodged bullet.
-
Hmm...I guess at the end of the day the same results can be approximated using a room reverb and an EQ.
-
You do realize you’re costing me money right?
-
Cool. What do you use as an amp with it? I’m mostly undecided as I’m wondering if it’d be a better idea to wait for Melda Mcab to go on sale. I might try them both out today if I get a chance. Then again, not buying them gives me another $40 towards yet another pedal

Quite tempted by the speaker shaper.
-
I love it when XLN have sales because it gives me the chance to say “remember when RC-20 was £13?”
