For the Brainworx stuff, no. You can get these second hand for a fraction of the cost, and some have been free in the past, so you may already have them. Also, there are better alternatives, I think.

They had deep discounts in the past, and the market has changed a lot. I think Fuse doesn't bring additional diversity to the Soundwide portfolio. The scenario is highly unlikely I think.
