  1. Nice, CineSamples glitch 2.0. Had to bite this time.
  2. Free when buying the violin, so really not free at all and it shouldn’t be in the title .
  3. Thanks, but following through with that process, it eventually tells me "the order total can't be zero". ?
  4. I couldn’t get a code for this because I was already subscribed. Unsubscribed, re-subscribed, still nothing. ?
  5. It sounds phenomenally good with an MPE device and has tons of great presets but it's a bit buggy. Most annoyingly, preset recall doesn't always work properly so you need to double check if it sounds right every time (if you actually do remember).
  6. I received the serial immediately and am having no issues whatsoever ?‍♂️
  7. The sound is decent, but they lack detail. I own Modern Fusion and Dry Funk or whatever it’s called and I think both are around 3 GB each. That’s like a third of a single hi-hat in BFD, and you can hear and feel it. Their only truly detailed library and the only one that feels like playing drums is Benny Greb, but I deleted it because it's like 25 GB and I was basically never choosing it over anything.
  8. Before anyone else gets excited: none of the actual drum libraries are 50% off. The One Kit Wonders are at an all time low I think (unless you count the NI glitch), though as an owner of 2 of them I'd suggest you save the money for something decent. In fact, IMO, their only library that comes close to feeling like real drums is the Benny Greb one, and that’s very much a one or two trick pony.
  9. Can you not handle someone having a different opinion to yours without resolving to personal attacks hidden behind irrelevant facts? Thanks for reminding me I'm here for deals exclusively.
  10. The piano also sounds like my toddler is playing. Whenever I'm playing it. ?
  11. It sounds like my toddler playing.
  12. I obviously realise it's meant to be "bad", but it's bad in a nasty and not a funky way.
  13. I got this a while back thinking I was going to get some fun, niche sounds. Nope. It’s bad. Like, atrociously bad. There isn’t a single instrument or sound in there I had any use for. Generally, my experience with the quality of 8Dio libraries has been extremely disappointing. I figured out they use the included phrases in their demos a LOT. So be prepared for the actually playable instrument to sound nothing at all like the demos for basically all of their libraries. Certainly the ones I got. It's borderline fraud.
  14. Where's the thread with 12 fire emojis and 37 exclamation marks for Hammersmith Free, which is quite a bit better sounding than this and has always been free?
  15. Underrated plugin. Finds its way onto every kick that needs some thump and every snare that needs more snare bed.
  16. Reminds me I really need to start using Tectonic (which I bought on day one). Some of the others find more use than some plugins I paid 5 to 10 times as much for.
  17. That's two completely different tools. I doubt you're using Gullfoss to tame resonances on cymbal tracks for example. Are you, you rascal you?
  18. No, and in fact, they have increased the price recently and even sale prices are likely to be worse than before from now on. I bought it 2nd hand for $100.
  19. There’s no alternative to soothe. Everyone who’s trying to tell you otherwise doesn't own it.
  20. https://www.jrrshop.com/sonible-smart-deess-crossgrade $54 with code GROUP.
  21. No, but sometimes they get the same prices as directly from sonible but you can use discount codes. So far, they’re only listing the intro prices and not the loyalty ones. It was the same for smart:gate, but that one was 49€ loyalty IIRC.
  22. Tried it. Effortless magic. Hopefully JRR or AD will get the crossgrade/loyalty pricing.
