I hope they at least improved their soundbanks. Most of them were kinda of shitty, and some were out of tune. Don't get me wrong. I love Powertab and Guitar Pro. In Guitar Pro you could edit a txt file so you could use ur samples, I think version 4 was the last version you could do so. Also I don't get why they didn't imolemented finally the ability to load vst so you could use your own instruments. Or let us load GP as a vst in a DAW.

I come here exactly for the freebies like these. If I hadn't come here I wouldn't have found out about the Heavyocity piano which is stellar. (Among a looot of freebies like VSL going iLok, beyond stellar sound). Have lots of paid stuff I don't need to buy more stuff but food ?

On 4k plugins like Softube's look amazing!

I strongly disagree on your approach (but not pov). You're right about work wasted, although if we wanted better performance and battery life and what not, the silicon chip is a great answer to this. Sacrifices had to be made.

300 is a very good price I think. Also 4k on a smaller screen (than 50 or 55") has more dots per inch, right?

Not bad. Echolot, Smooth 6 among others are better (Jreng is beyond awesome but kind of dark) but I have yet to try this one on my Retina screen.
