ACT midi controller issue with rotary in increment/decrement mode

I am using a Faderfox EC4 with Cakewalk.

I want to control the equalizer of the selected audio track with ACT midi controller (in the ACT controller, the rotary setting is in increment/decrement mode).

All is ok except one thing.

When I ‘m turning the Faderfox encoder (in relative mode) to the right, the value decrease and when I’m turning it to the left, the value increase.

Is it possible to reverse the function ?

And I don't understand the use of the "central value"  in the ACT controller property of the rotary (Ctrl + rotary)

If someone can help me... 😉
